В оплачиваемый пакет входит: организация всего процесса до церемонии венчания в церкви; подготовка документов, оплата всех пошлин; обряд венчания, включая использование обрядных венцов; доставка свидетельства о венчании в отель; услуги персонального свадебного распорядителя; трансфер на Мерседесе Е-класса на церемонию и обратно; букет для невесты; фотосъемка во время церемонии; бутылка шампанского и два бокала на церемонию; свидетели на церемонию, если требуется; присутствие персонального свадебного представителя на церемонии.

The Lion will perform on poles from 2 - 9 feet in height during acrobatic stunts to wow your guest. Team’s working hour on D-day is from 08.00 to 23.00 (should there be any activity to be done before or after Wedding Organizer working hour, price adjustments will apply) Wedding Organizer is responsible for arranging timetable for Client and families for Wedding Day to (please fill in the schedule based on discussion between Client and parents with Wedding Organizer) Wedding Organizer is responsible for managing the whole program based on the agreed timetable as well as being the time keeper for Client, parents, siblings, vendors and all related parties based on the remarks stated in the timetable. Wedding Organizer is responsible for coordinating with all parties who are related to the preparation of the wedding: Hotel Management, Hotel Decoration, Appointed Church, Church Decoration, Entertainment, MC, Makeup Artist for Client as well as for parents and siblings, Documentations, Wedding Cake, Wedding Costume, as well as the appointed family representatives. Wedding Organizer is responsible for organizing coordination meetings with Client, with the agreed timing and place as well as inviting all vendors and parents to do Technical Meeting at Venue's/Hotel 2 weeks prior to wedding date. Wedding Organizer is responsible for managing The Holy Matrimony/Tea Ceremony/Blessing Ceremony(Akad Nikah) as long as it is held on the same day. Wedding Organizer is responsible for the success of the whole wedding event, based on the agreed timetable. Wedding Organizer reserves the right to question things that are related to the wedding, such as traditions of Client, data of the appointed vendors, as well as the contact numbers of all related parties. Wedding Organizer’s team consists of 8 people that will be in charge of organizing the wedding based on the agreed timetable. Subjects that have not been stated in this quotation can be discussed further with D'soewarna Planner to the attention of Bramiantyo be included in the quotation. Meeting appointments in relation to the wedding should be coordinated with Wedding Organizer. Please schedule the appointment minimum 2 (two) weeks prior to date.
