We will assist you with everything from sourcing the right vendors, building and managing your wedding budget, helping with the overall design of your wedding, taking care of all the logistical details, coordinating the wedding rehearsal, to creating/implementing a customized timeline for the entire planning process as well as the day-of your wedding, and everything in between.

It would be a shame to plan for a year and not be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day surrounded by your family and friends. We have you covered. We will take care of tying up any loose ends before your special day and then executing your well thought out plans on the day-of. With our wedding coordination package, we will take-over all of the planning you’ve done approximately 4 weeks before your wedding. During this time, we will set up several meetings with you to ensure that we have a firm grasp of what you would like your special day to look like, set-up a site visit to your venue, create a customized timeline, coordinate with all of your vendors, coordinate the wedding rehearsal, and finally, implement and manage your well thought-out plans on the day-of your wedding. We will be there the day-of your wedding to make sure that everything runs smoothly from the start of the day to the end!

By adding a planner on your wedding day, you will alleviate yourself of the stress of trying to micro manage responsibilities which will lead to a much more enjoyable day. This package is 10% of your wedding budget. This is the full coordination package where we take all the wedding planning stress away and give you a wedding to remember. This package includes everything from Package I but goes even further. Here we walk through the entire wedding coordination. We help you with finding, meeting, and working with your vendors from the start. We will do the research for anything you are looking into and take the lead on all of the wedding planning.You get to enjoy the wedding planning process without any stress. 50% to be paid when contract is signed. Remaining 50% is due day of event

No need to worry about your wedding day, we handle all of your day-of needs! Being your day of includes one pre-wedding meeting, attending your rehearsal, setting up your reception, coordinating vendors on the day, directing the ceremony. and most importantly, keeping everything on schedule. 50% of payment is due on contract signing and 50% is due on day of the event.

This package is for the bride and groom who have it all figured out and just need someone to come and take over on the day of! Package includes: unlimited emails and texts up to 9 hours on the day of your wedding supervision and orchestration of ceremony and reception set up of wedding items: guest table, favours, etc unlimited consultations via email and phone 1 hour in person consultation 1 hour rehearsal (if required) much more!

Month of Coordination - For couples who want to do the wedding planning themselves, we offer a Month of Coordination package. This allows you to put together the big picture, but leaves the organizing to us. We provide a comprehensive review of your wedding plans to make sure that we understand what you want and that everything you've envisioned is on the list. Then we organize your wedding plan into a workable schedule, communicate with the vendors, and become the contact person to make sure things run smoothly. The Month of Coordination gives you time to step away from the phone calls and emails so that you can enjoy family and friends, and ensures your wedding day runs smoothly from beginning to end. Day of Coordination - It starts with a comprehensive consultation four weeks prior to the wedding. From there we go through a detailed timeline for the wedding day and will work to ensure that the vendors are coordinated and no detail missed. We are there for the wedding rehearsal the night before and all day of your wedding, we are the main contact for the venue and vendors so if they have any questions, you will not be bothered. We will be there to handle any last minute interference comes up. (It always happens) We are there to make sure the day runs smoothly, adjust timelines; this is only some of what we will do so you can sit back and enjoy everything you have planned!

A Consultation can either be a one time information session or on a monthly basis.
