We take care of the planning, preparation and coordination of your wedding, allowing you to enjoy the entire process – stress free. This service commences approximately 12 months prior to your wedding day.

Full wedding planning services covering ALL aspects of the wedding planning with regular meetings and check-ins, detailed budget creation, a shortlist of matched-to-you vendors, essential planning tools to ensure a stress-free experience, rehearsal and ceremony coordination, reception direction, unlimited support and guidance every step of the way, plus everything that’s included in The Finishing Touch package. Full planning consultation- service to include are outlined below Consultations with you via telephone/email/ face to face Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections. Booking of vendors as required by client Co-ordination of all vendors/selected by client Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed Wedding day etiquette and advice. All aspects of design and décor including a design book, linen selection, chair selection, logistics of all rentals, complete set up and take down (additional charges applied where take down is requested) Attendance at vendor appointments of your choice Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day Assistance at rehearsal and rehearsal dinner itinerary Full venue decoration and coordination of vendors On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception. Oversee wedding day from start to end Access to wedding day kit (allergy pills, tide to go, Tylenol etc) Post wedding as needed Inclusive of FREE use of any decor I have and day of coordination

Initial consultation meeting(s) to discuss vision, ideas, brainstorming and budget Access to google docs drive for budget, timeline, vendor comparisons, itinerary and additional documents Assisting in sourcing credible vendors for all aspects of the wedding such as venue, food, flowers, décor, save the dates, invitations, entertainment, attire, etc. Contacting, consulting and in person meeting(s) with potential vendors prior to booking Review of all vendor contracts Ensuring all vendors follow through on their agreements and contracts Communicate with vendors 1 month prior to the wedding In-person meeting with the bride and groom prior to the wedding date to discuss all the details Follow up with vendors the week of the wedding Attendance of rehearsal and walk through with all parties involved Completion of day-of schedule and itinerary which is communicated with all vendors 1 certified wedding planner on site day of the wedding for 12 hours (10am-10pm) On-site management of vendors and ownership of event execution the day of wedding Styling of all wedding items such as place settings, guest favours, guestbook table, place cards, etc.

Budget preparation, allocation and management Vendor recommendations and assisting in the selection of vendors Reviewing all vendor contracts*, if desired Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between now and the wedding Full development of the wedding theme you have chosen: Recommendations with regards to the theme shall include site décor, food, attire, favours, centerpieces and wedding stationary.
