Everest base camp trek, price for couple
Pharping, Nepal
$3,500
Everest Base Camp Lodge Trek, 17 Days Swiss Nepal Family Trekking Everest Base Camp Trek is an incredible experience introducing you to an amazing view of the highest mountains in the Himalaya. Mount Everest Base Camp has been a popular destination for trekkers since the very first expeditions to the Nepalese side of the Everest in 1953. The Everest Base Camp trek, a very well known mountain trek, starts in Lukla and follows the Dudh Kosi valley which climbs up to the Sherpa village of Namche, a bustling bazaar not only for trekkers. All along this part of the trail, villages are interspersed with magnificent forests of rhododendron, magnolia and giant firs. In both the early autumn and late spring, the flowers on this portion of the trek make it the kind of walk you will remember for a long, long time. From Namche, we trek along a high traversing path where we have our first good view of Everest and then head towards Tangboche Monastery, which is about a 2 hour climb. The monastery sits at 3867m in a clearing surrounded by dwarf firs and rhododendrons. The monastery is structurally located on a ridge top with commanding views of the Everest landscape. The view from this spot in the morning, is absolutely mesmerizing and stunning and is rightly deemed to be one of the most magnificent in the world. We then descend to the Imja Khola and continue to the villages of Pangboche and Pheriche before finally approaching the Khumbu Glacier. We then follow the glacier, first to Lobuche, a vantage point for some views of the Ama Dablam, Taweche and other peaks and then hike to Gorak Shep for a breather. We also have the opportunity to ascend Kala Pattar from where we can get some awesome views of the Himalayan giants which literally numb your senses with breathless admiration that beholds the eye; and makes up for the lung-bursting climb that took you up there. Arusha national park is not only green all year round, but it is one of the most beautiful and topographically varied parks in Tanzania. The park’s three most significant features include the rugged Mount Meru (Tanzania’s second-highest peak at 4,566m), the notably different colored Momella Lakes, and the 3 km wide Ngurdoto Crater, which was naturally formed about fifteen million years ago! You will have a hot lunch at the picnic lunch at the shores of the Momella Lakes will remain in your memory for years with images of the Flamingos and the fabulous views of Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro mountain. After lunch, continue with a game to the Ngurdoto Crater. Expected wildlife to be seen in the areas includes African buffalo, elephants, hippos, giraffe, warthogs, antelopes, zebras, blue monkeys and sometimes if lucky, you can see leopard and hyena. Late afternoon drive back to the African tulip Hotel for overnight. Dinner and breakfast is included Day 3-4: Arusha – Tarangire National Park We will collect you from your hotel after breakfast in Arusha and following a 2-3 hour drive, you will arrive at the Tarangire National Park. In this region, Hemmingway often went on big game hunting safaris. After the formation of the national parks in 1970, they turned the seasonal marshes and the endless savannah that one sees today into, once again, profitable hunting grounds. Today, however, cameras thankfully have replaced the elephant guns. The Tarangire National Park has the highest density of elephants in North Tanzania and you can view these animals all year round in which the herds often can reach an impressive number of 300 animals. The Tarangire River has water all year round and during the dry season, between July and October, many animals from the surrounding areas come to the river for drinking. If you visit the park during the dry season, you will witness an unforgettable natural wonder as you can observe wonderful creatures such as lions, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, and zebras as well as various types of antelopes and gazelles and with a little luck, you can also spot a python! This area is during the dry season also a haven for bird watchers with over 550 different species including the Masai Ostrich -the world’s largest bird. Around lunchtime, you will stop at a suitable picnic place before the afternoon is dedicated to more wildlife watching. Before sunset, you will be taken to Tarangire Sopa Lodge for overnight. Dinner, breakfast, lunch Day 5: Tarangire National park – Lake Natron After breakfast, you will leave the area around Tarangire National Park and head to the multicultural village of Mto wa Mbu. From here you will travel on a spectacular and very bumpy gravel road along the Rift Valley Escarpment with Ol Doinyo Lengai “the holy mountain” of the Masai in the distance. Today’s destination is the typical Masai village of Ngare Sero in the hot and dusty. Dinner and overnight at Lake-Natron-Tented-Camp. Dinner, breakfast, lunch Day 6: full day to explore the area of Lake Natron Full day to explore the area: Lake Natron (Flamingoes!), hike to a waterfall in a deep gorge, visit a Masai village, etc. Dinner and overnight at Lake-Natron-Tented-Camp Day 7: Lake Natron – Serengeti National Park After an early start after breakfast, you will travel along adventurous dirt tracks with breath-taking views as your vehicle climbs out of the Rift Valley to reach the grassy plains of the Serengeti by midday. Serengeti means “endless plains” in the language of the Masai and you will see the grassland savannah stretching to the horizon. The Serengeti is the most famous park in Tanzania and it is home to the largest animal migration on the planet – hundreds of thousands of animals trek to find fresh grass and water. You will overnight at Lobo Wildlife Lodge. Dinner, breakfast, lunch Day 8-9: Full day game drive in Serengeti National park The entire days are dedicated for Tanzania family safari game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. You will either go on a full day game drive or join early morning and afternoon drives in the Seronera area. Between December and May, huge herds of wildebeests and zebras will be seen, with calves and foals being born between January and March. The Seronera area is also the best place to spot the shy and nocturnal leopard. You will spend the night at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge. Dinner, breakfast, lunch Day 10: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area The morning is set aside for another game drive in the Serengeti and you might spot some creatures that you haven’t seen yet. Animals tend to be more active in the morning before the temperatures soar around midday. After lunch, you will leave the plains of the Serengeti and travel to the highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge directly on the Ngorongoro Crater’s edge with a view over the collapsed volcano. It is a perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner at sunset. Dinner, breakfast, lunch Day 11: Ngorongoro Crater-Lake Manyara escarpment Rise and shine! It is up at daybreak to take on the steep path leading down into the 600 m deep crater. The slopes are forested but soon the landscape changes to savannah with the occasional acacia tree here and there. The wildlife in the crater is just breath-taking and with a little luck, you might see the “Big Five” – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard. You should also see warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos and some of the more than 500 bird species of the area. After an entire morning of game viewing and a picnic lunch in the crater, you will travel to Lake Manyara escarpment where you will overnight at Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge. Dinner, breakfast, Lunch Day 12: Lake Manyara national park to Arusha town After lovely breakfast, we leave for Lake Manyara National park for a day game with picnic lunch boxes, This Park with its shallow alkaline lake stretches along the base of the Rift Valley Escarpment. Lake Manyara attracts thousands of birds, including huge flocks of flamingos. Other animals in the park include buffaloes, elephants, hippos and Masai giraffes as well as troops of boisterous baboons and monkeys in the forests. The park once became famous for tree-climbing lions and if you are lucky to spot them you will be amused by the site of these animals lounging on branches in the acacia trees. After a game drive in the park, you will ascend to the Ngorongoro highlands, where you will overnight on a campsite situated on the crater’s edge with magnificent views of the caldera below. Indonesian law requires that both parties must be of the same religion and the marriage must conform to the laws of the countries of the parties involved. Depending on the type of religious marriage ceremony, there are different requirements to make a marriage in Indonesia legally valid. If your fiancé is Muslim, the ceremony must be officiated by Muslim officiant or called as 'Penghulu' from the local Office of Religious Affairs Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA)). The KUA will issue a Marriage Book (Buku Nikah), which is evidence of a legally valid marriage with a Muslim. A Muslim marriage ceremony does not need Civil Registration (Catatan Sipil). Other religious ceremonies require Civil Registration. If you are a Christian, Buddhist, or Hindu you must hold the religious ceremony first, then record the marriage with the Civil Registry Office (Dinas Kependudukan or Kantor Catatan Sipil). The Civil Registry will issue a Marriage Certificate (Akte Perkawinan or Surat Nikah), which is evidence of a legally valid marriage with a non-Muslim. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED : * Passports * Birth certificate * Copy of Decree Absolute if divorced * Copy of Death Certificate of former spouse if applicable * Copy of Documentary evidence of any change of name (eg, former marriage certificate/deed poll) * Certificate of No Impediment to marry (CNI) * Four 4×6 cm photos, both partners side by side, bride on right hand side, with no bare shoulders showing.
