Tango Mar On the way to the reserve we will pause in Tambor (right) and Valle Azul which are some typical small towns of the Nicoya Peninsula and take in some of the day-to-day life of the villagers. Once we finish our hike through the Curu Reserve, we will continue our ride to Montezuma and stop in the towns of Florida and Cobano along the way, which are some of the larger towns in the area. In Montezuma, we will hike the trail to visit the 60 ft. Waterfall which is located in spectacular flora. QUÉ ES DON PASCUALÓN, PAELLAS A DOMICILIO “Don Pascualón, paellas a domicilio” es una empresa de paellas y tapas –bocas- españolas en Costa Rica que lleva dos años y medio en el país. Trabajamos entre 8 y 250 personas y cocinamos en la casa del cliente o se la llevamos lista a su domicilio. Actualmente servimos alrededor de 400 raciones de paella mensualmente. La cocina está a cargo del maestro paellero J. Pasqual Martorell, nacido en Valencia (España) hace 48 años que imprime en cada una de sus creaciones el sabor inconfundible y genuino de la paella que ha pasado de generación en generación en su familia. Ofrecemos al público del GAM de la capital costarricense varias versiones de paellas. Las más populares son la valenciana (conejo y pollo), la marinera (mariscos) y la mixta (pollo y mariscos), aunque también tenemos paella negra (con tinta de calamar), de langosta o vegetariana. Igualmente tenemos una carta de unos 20 platillos de tapas (bocas) típicamente mediterráneas. Don Pascualón es actualmente Embajador Costa Rica de la Paella Valenciana, un proyecto que trata de dignificar el nombre de la Paella Valenciana mediante la web Wikipaella. Porque todas las paellas son arroz, pero arroz con cosas no es paella, y mucho menos valenciana.
