What our Fee Covers.
Our first meeting is free of charge and will last for a maximum of 2 hours. We will discuss budget, types of services you require, look at venues on the lap top and cover your ceremonies options. We will answer all your questions with regards to your wedding/blessing. After this if you would like us to take you to look at venues we would require a 300€ deposit this is non-refundable, but if you decide to use our services after viewing venues then this deposit will be deducted from our overall fee.

Complete venues proposal based on the client´s requirements including information, suitable locations for all the events, pictures and prices
Venue viewing with the clients to show them the venues proposed
Booking of venue, deposit payment and contracts; booking of church and civil registration (if applicable)
Budget management: control of costs and price negotiation; payment of deposits and balance sheet
Concierge service: guest’s accommodation at preferred rates, logistics, excursions, and activities while they are in Spain.
Suppliers management: recommendation and booking of all the suppliers according to the clients specifications and budget; contact with the suppliers throughout the planning process to inform them about the development of the wedding.
