Our planners work closely with our clients to develop detailed online wedding design boards, which capture our client’s vision and feature a collection of color palettes, layouts, pictures, and fabrics. Meet with you four (4) to six (6) weeks prior to your wedding to discuss your wishes and desires and obtain a clear understanding of your vision, goals, and requirements for your wedding day (1.5 to 2 hour consultation). Be available to consult with you at any time during the six weeks prior to your wedding. Develop facility diagrams and floor plans for your reception site. The 10-5/days prior to wedding we will contact all vendors that will be part of the reception to confirm delivery dates, times, locations and set-up times and instructions.
