This package provides you with a worry free event for you, your family, and your friends. We will work with you to design and manage your timeline, your seating charts, and your rehearsal. We will coordinate and confirm all the vendors and orchestrate set up and tear down, as well as make sure the event runs smoothly. We will be available for up to 9 hours on the actual day of the event and coordinate the packing and return of all items. Pre Wedding: Coordinate any additional rental equipment required

We start planning with you as soon as we decide to start working together. If you need suggestions for vendors, or ideas for design, we are available to you...This package is for the bride and groom who want to plan the details of their wedding but would also like some assistance along the way. We have wonderful rapport with the wedding vendors in the area and can help match you up with the perfect professionals for your wedding day. We will meet with you twice before your wedding if travel allows and take over the reigns from you about a month before the event. Once we have your ideal timing for the weekend, we will contact your vendors and confirm that everyone is on the same page. We handle the ceremony rehearsal and help with dinner if you'd like. We also handle the ceremony and reception set up and break down, oversee the vendor arrivals and installation, manage the flow for the wedding day...and make sure you are happily married when you leave for the night.
