By having Waves 'n Wine Weddings take care of all the researching and coordinating, you can put your time and energy into the fun and exciting part of the planning process: Package can include: Up to 3 consultation meetings to cover step by step details (maximum 2 hours per meeting). This can also be done over Skype. Location recommendations and provide venue information, including Menus & Wine Lists Identify needs and give expert advice on wedding. Unlimited e-mails and calls throughout the entire planning process. Restaurant reservations (special wedding lunch/ dinner if small wedding). OR Planning of Full reception at venue of your choice. Vendor referrals with pre-screened wedding industry professionals... photographer, videographer, hiring companies, florists, etc. Collect and review vendor information (contacts, floor plans, etc.) Arrangements with Marriage Officer for wedding ceremony and Administration (Wedding Certificate, Registration of Wedding at Home Affairs, etc.) Décor co-ordination for Wedding Ceremony & Reception, flowers, candles, Lighting, etc. Musicians / DJ for ceremony and/or reception. Assistance with & collection of menus, places names & table listings. Detailed wedding day itinerary to be given to Bridal Party and Vendors. This is essentially a package for couples wanting a small, intimate wedding, with the emphasis on the wedding ceremony being held in an unusual setting. The wedding should preferably be held from Monday - Thursday and not include more than 25 guests (If contemplating a large wedding, please go to the Full Wedding Co-ordination package). This is for couples who don't want to be part of a Pop-Up Wedding but also don't want the hassle or stress of a full wedding. This includes up to 12 guests, fully styled and themed, legal ceremony, cake, bouquet, photographer and toasting champagne, plus your choice of dates and venue from our venue partners. Please note that alternative venues are available at an additional cost.

Day of Coordination service.(*Private Residence) Scope of service: Rehearsal management Full Day of Coordinating services provided by one of Shine Events lead event planners. (includes 1 appointment prior to wedding day, and 1 on-site venue visit *not including rehearsal) Coordinate with venue to assure proper set up of tables, chairs, dance floor, bar, DJ, additional tables for guest book, pictures, ect. *If event is at a private residence, that requires rental tables and chairs, coordinator will supervise set up, but is not responsible for physical set up of tables and chairs. Supervise all vendor set up to guarantee your weddings overall design and direction is achieved. Handle all set up of additional décor including; table décor (runners, overlays, candles, table numbers, centerpieces) guest table, additional bar décor set up, pictures, frames, escort cards, cake table set up and design, distributing programs and ceremony decor set-up. Apply all finishing touches. Greet guests, helping ushers seat guests. Wedding party management: making sure wedding party has boutonnieres and bouquets. This package is for the couple that has a pretty good vision of what they are wanting, have already started the planning process, and are ready to sit back and enjoy this blissful engagement time. You have your venue secured and the majority of your vendors in place; we will step in and handle the rest of the details (with your consultation), as well as the Day of Coordination and Management. *Private Residence Scope of Services: Full “Day of Coordinating” services, including rehearsal. * Provide you with helpful documents, such as checklists, gratuity guidelines, and etiquette assistance. Vendor/Venue Management: Referrals, consultations, overseeing vendor contracts for any vendors still needed. (Maximum of 2 outstanding vendor needs). Handle any necessary communication & payment deadlines between all vendors & venue. Manage vendor/venue set-up. Take care of any last minute details.

Kouture Expressions Unlimited (KEU) offers a unique design service called, Culinary Design. We will create an elegance ambiance of your cuisine to match of the ambiance of your event. This service includes - Design, Decorative Utensils/Decor, Linens for 4 tables, Signs, as applicable, etc. Food is not included in this service. We will deliver, set up and tear down items provided by KEU. We are not responsible for other items provided by the client, caterer, etc, nor clean up of those items. Payments - We accept cash, check or credit cards through Square.
