In our planning process we will organize all of your vendors, details, and invoices for a “stress free” experience. We will be responsible for creating a detailed timeline several weeks prior to your Wedding date and will contact the vendors for formal introductions. After discussing our couple’s vision for their ceremony, your wedding coordinator would also be in charge of running the wedding rehearsal and dinner or brunch. And on the day of the wedding our responsibilities would be to be present at the venue and ensure every detail is set up the way our couple has envisioned it. We will be the liaison between our couple and the vendors for the entire day. During the ceremony and reception your wedding coordinator’s responsibility is to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Perfect for the DIY bride, you plan the details and we meet with you approximately one month prior to take over the wedding file. Our service includes recommendation of vendors, and providing advice and feedback during your planning process. After the details are handed over, we reconfirm with all your vendors, prepare a Wedding running order and oversee the rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

Month of Coordination - For couples who want to do the wedding planning themselves, we offer a Month of Coordination package. This allows you to put together the big picture, but leaves the organizing to us. We provide a comprehensive review of your wedding plans to make sure that we understand what you want and that everything you've envisioned is on the list. Then we organize your wedding plan into a workable schedule, communicate with the vendors, and become the contact person to make sure things run smoothly. The Month of Coordination gives you time to step away from the phone calls and emails so that you can enjoy family and friends, and ensures your wedding day runs smoothly from beginning to end. Day of Coordination - It starts with a comprehensive consultation four weeks prior to the wedding. From there we go through a detailed timeline for the wedding day and will work to ensure that the vendors are coordinated and no detail missed. We are there for the wedding rehearsal the night before and all day of your wedding, we are the main contact for the venue and vendors so if they have any questions, you will not be bothered. We will be there to handle any last minute interference comes up. An idea's meeting is purely to brain storm ideas, themes, colours, styles etc. If you can not decide on a cake design or what colour flowers and need an outside person to listen in and help out then an ideas meeting is just for you. Price per meeting. up to 4hours per meeting. The picture shows one theme I helped with.

If you hire me as a part time planner then you are looking to book less than 4 suppliers with me. All meetings are this price each. I recommend 3-4 meetings. I ask for 10% of the total amount booked through me. I will be with you on the day and help clear up in the evening. I will answer any call text or email from you and will help with DIY sectors of you wedding if you would like me to.
