Includes 3 planning meetings, detailed custom planning tools, venue walk-through, custom timeline, rehearsal management, and 10 hours of wedding day management. You can also add additional options such as full day (12-13 hour) wedding coordination, centerpiece and decor packages for a very reasonable cost.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION SERVICES You and your bridesmaids should be carrying bouquets, not clipboards. Be a beautiful bride, not an administrator. This is the minimal service you should reward yourself. You have planned the majority of your wedding, selected suppliers, vendors for banquet, reception, ceremony, decoration, florists, entertainment, photographer, invitations, transportation and attire. Additional Coordinating Consultation Meetings (value $65 available to Day-of-Coordinating Clients only): Sometimes one meeting to coordinate your wedding just doesn’t feel like enough. For your convenience, additional coordination consultations can be added without limit. Wedding Design Consultation ($125 for 2 in-person meetings): This is for the couple that wants just a bit more than a Coordinator, but they don’t need a full planner. These can be added on without limit. Touring Wedding and Reception Sites (prices based on county): Choosing the perfect venue sets the tone for your wedding, and sometimes this can be overwhelming. Site tours are available throughout Southern California.
