Day of Assist Bride, Groom, attendants to prepare for the day, ensuring that everyone adheres to timeline. Distribute final payments at the end of contracts. Oversee venue décor. Distribute flowers. Distribute wedding programs, if needed. Organize accessories; guest book, photos, place cards, etc at reception site. Coordinate ceremony and reception activities', ensuring everything proceeds as you planned. Act as a liaison between the couple, bridal party, family and vendors. Oversee ceremony seating, procession and recession. Bustle wedding gown, assist bride with any other needs. Oversee decorations so that they are up to couples standards at ceremony and reception locations. Oversee set up & tear down of rentals, assist if needed. Ensure that the couple has food, beverages and other personal needs taken care of throughout the day. Deliver and set up gift bags, baskets or party favors to ceremony & reception site. Transport any items from ceremony to reception, if needed. Organize Grand Entrance, communicating with DJ/Band throughout the reception. Distribute "tossing" items to guests and that they are lined up. Troubleshoot and assist where needed to ensure the day goes smoothly. Bring a wedding day emergency kit, just in case. After Ensure clean up is to venues standards. Ensure rentals are picked up and/or returned. Return tuxedos (to one location).

The Month of Wedding Planning Package is designed for couples, who are planning the entire wedding themselves but would like some help managing the logistics leading up to the actual wedding day.
