This package includes two face to face meetings, a detailed timeline of the event set-up, which will be sent to all vendors, as well as unlimited text, emails or phone conversations. A rehearsal practice will occur the day before the event, or a few days before, depending on the vendor’s availability. My arrival on the day of the event, will be during vendor check-in time, to make sure everything is set up and placed properly. I will make sure everything is followed on the established timeline during the event. At the end of the night, I will stay until the final walk through and cleanup is completed.

This is an all-inclusive package that includes detailed scheduled meetings with the bride and groom and selected vendors. I will personally reach out to the vendors, and book and plan according to the client’s needs. A detailed timeline will be established for the day, and sent to the vendors. A walk-through will be required if needed, and a detailed rehearsal practice will be scheduled, that I will attend. On the day of the event, I will arrive with décor/items if needed, and place properly at the venue. I will arrive the morning of the wedding, and will not leave the venue, until the final walk through and cleanup is completed.

Wedding ceremony music

The Music Remembrance Brass Quartet has been performing weddings in Florida since 1990. All of our ensembles perform current music and classical music and will tailor the music for your wedding. The musicians are full time professionals that are principal chairs from the Orlando Symphony and perform for the Walt Disney World Orchestra and Universal Studios. In addition to the brass quartet, Music Remembrance provides string quartet, trio or duo & solo violin, harp, bagpipes, fanfare trumpeters, brass quintet and vocalists. If you can dream it, we can provide it. For a wedding ceremony costs include music for the prelude (music before ceremony), mothers entrance, processionals (entrances of bridal party and bride), recessional (walking back down the aisle), postlude (song while guests depart) and candle lighting or any other ceremony event that you request music for. The musicians are happy to stay and perform for a cocktail hour after wedding ceremonies when requested for 70.00 per musician. Price quote is for the Music Remembrance Brass Quartet. We are happy to add french horn, organ and/or fanfare trumpets. Brass can be combined with string quartet for a chamber orchestra. We are happy to send sample contracts. Our contract asks for a 50% deposit when booking.
