The Lodge sits on a spacious 55 acre ranch that has large views of Rocky Mountain National Park and the Great Divide.  The 11,000 sq ft home sleeps 45 guests, with 7 master suites and a bunk room!  The attached heated 3 car garage is spacious and is perfect for parking or hosting an afternoon of fun and games as well! Enjoy a 3D tour of the entire lodge on our home page! We are currently in the process of remodeling a 3,000 sq ft heated space with beautiful beetle kill pine and rustic metal trim, inside and out. Lighting will be LED Christmas lights and large rustic pendant lights. There are outlets throughout the space available for any power needs for music, catering, additional lighting, etc. In addition to the interior space, the large garage door can be left up and your event can flow outside and is complete with rustic fencing and barrels, perfect for dancing! We provide a mix of banquet and round tables as well as a few small rounds, 250 chairs, portable stage and beverage center all included with this space rental! This will be complete by May 2017 in conjunction with the other projects currently being finished. ​ The wedding ceremony site is on the west side of the Lodge on the pond, with an Amish built gazebo being designed and built by May 2017. The space is large enough for seating up to 250 and games or tent space if desired.  Adjacent to the steps off the deck will be a large stamped concrete patio with built in Fire Pit, perfect for entertaining prior to the ceremony. ​ We also provide porta-potties for any outside event, cleaned and ready to go for the specific event day.  This helps mitigate any strain on the ranch’s septic system and keeps the Lodge from being over used as well.  Linens and extra dishware can be rented from a local rental company, we highly recommend - Grand Event Rentals in Granby. Sometimes it can take several emails or phone calls to figure out the right time and place for a meeting or consult to take place. That’s time- time that you might not have! Just give us a few days and times that work for you and we’ll make those meetings fit nicely into your schedule. Etiquette - We know you’re going to have a question about whether or not to invite so-and-so’s new girlfriend, dress code, or maybe even how much alcohol to serve. We know the etiquette for all things wedding. Sometimes “etiquette” things aren’t even etiquette anymore, and it’s just really what works best for you and your wedding, but sometimes there are still things that are considered “tacky” or not. Decor/Design Assistance - You have a picture in your head of what the reception site looks like but you just don't know how to execute it. We will help you with that. We will meet to go over the details and when we have a clear understanding of your vision and budget the research begins. We will scour Pinterest, Google, rental companies, and wholesalers to find just what you're looking for. In addition, we will set everything up on your wedding day so your vision comes to life. RSVP Management - We are happy to keep track of your RSVPs for you. This is SUCH a tedious task- meals, seating, guest counts, etc. Just another thing that you don’t have to do! Reminders - Yes, reminders. Plain and simple. Because chances are you might forget about something– whether it’s big (like a DJ) or small (like menus), we’ll send you little reminders about things that could potentially be forgotten! Vendor Communication - The week before your wedding is going to be craziness. You do not want to deal with emails and phone calls back and forth with vendors to confirm times and places. We will handle that! Wedding Day Timeline - You absolutely always need to have a timeline for your wedding day. How else would you know what time to start getting ready, when to tell people to deliver things, etc.? Of course we will handle this for you, making tweaks and updating vendors as needed. Wedding Ceremony Coordination & Rehearsal - Sometimes a wedding ceremony can be absolute chaos. People think they know what to do, but when it comes down to it, they really don’t. We ensure that your ceremony runs smoothly and everyone involved knows what to do and where to go! Wedding Day Coordination - You definitely don’t want to be the one dealing with setting things up on your wedding day. Making sure the cake is delivered on time, the favors get placed at each place setting, and the centerpieces are just right. We put out your escort cards, make sure favors are at place settings, and set up your special cake-and-dessert display. We will sew your bustle when it breaks, give your dad a Tums for his upset stomach, or find your best man when he’s missing for toasts. We take care of the wedding details that we’re sure you will painstakingly and lovingly create for your wedding, making sure that they will be setup to meet your expectations. And then we take everything down at the end of the night and give it to your parents, the best man or whomever you’ve pre-selected. Just like you, we want everyone to enjoy themselves.
