Weddings atThe Lodge at CrestviewRanch in Beautiful Granby Colorado Thank you for your interest in The Lodge at Crestview Ranch for your special event! The Lodge sits on a spacious 55 acre ranch that has large views of Rocky Mountain National Park and the Great Divide.  The 11,000 sq ft home sleeps 45 guests, with 7 master suites and a bunk room!  The attached heated 3 car garage is spacious and is perfect for parking or hosting an afternoon of fun and games as well! Enjoy a 3D tour of the entire lodge on our home page! We are currently in the process of remodeling a 3,000 sq ft heated space with beautiful beetle kill pine and rustic metal trim, inside and out. Lighting will be LED Christmas lights and large rustic pendant lights. There are outlets throughout the space available for any power needs for music, catering, additional lighting, etc. In addition to the interior space, the large garage door can be left up and your event can flow outside and is complete with rustic fencing and barrels, perfect for dancing! We provide a mix of banquet and round tables as well as a few small rounds, 250 chairs, portable stage and beverage center all included with this space rental! This will be complete by May 2017 in conjunction with the other projects currently being finished. ​ The wedding ceremony site is on the west side of the Lodge on the pond, with an Amish built gazebo being designed and built by May 2017. The space is large enough for seating up to 250 and games or tent space if desired.  Adjacent to the steps off the deck will be a large stamped concrete patio with built in Fire Pit, perfect for entertaining prior to the ceremony. ​ We also provide porta-potties for any outside event, cleaned and ready to go for the specific event day.  This helps mitigate any strain on the ranch’s septic system and keeps the Lodge from being over used as well.  Linens and extra dishware can be rented from a local rental company, we highly recommend - Grand Event Rentals in Granby. (See our recommended Vendor List)          We ask that all events over 50 people purchase an event package and event insurance of 2 million coverage. The Westerly Armory was built in 1901 and has a drill hall that is 60x100 feet (6,000 sq ft) and can accommodate up to 300 guests (at tables/chairs). We have 22 round tables, 12 rectangular tables, 300 folding chairs (with padded backs and seats - grey), and a sound system, a small stage, a motorized screen for showing pictures, cordless microphone, head mikes, special lighting, HVAC (cooling/heating), a maple floor, a catering kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances (freezer, fridge, stove, convection ovens, regular ovens, dishwasher, washing sinks, produce sink, mop sink, hand sink (state-certified kitchen). Handicap ramp to drill hall doors. Fees charged by Westerly Armory Restoration, Inc. for use of the Armory and its facilities and equipment for a wedding reception are as follows: 1. Reservation Fee A $100 reservation fee is required at the time of application and will be credited towards the rental price. Refundable only if event is canceled 30 days in advance of event date. 2. Rental Fee which includes the following: 2.1. Time a. 4 hours for access to Armory (for such as decorating) b. 6 hours for event which includes take-down/clean- up** Overtime: Fee for each additional hour: $100/hour **Clean-up and take-down are required to be completed by the renter. For an additional fee of $500, clean-up and take-down will be done for you. 2.2 Access Rental includes the use of drill hall (60’ x 100’) and restrooms, and catering kitchen (includes the use of stoves/oven, refrigerator/freezer – note that cooking is limited in the kitchen to 4 hours. 2.3. Use of Furnishings a. up to 10 rectangular tables (8’x2.5’’) and 22 (60”) round tables b. up to 300 chairs (grey) (padded seats and backs) c. podium (with small speaker inside) **a sound system (2 large speakers, 2 microphones, sound board) is available for use at an additional fee of $100 ***white chair covers ($1.25 each), colored chair bows ($1 each), and linen tablecloths ($8 each) can be rented. 3. Event hour fees (4-hour minimum charge): $85/event-hour for non-profits charging and/or selling John, the manager, is excellent at helping people make this an easy process. People renting are responsible for clean-up (can pay extra to have us do that) and restoring the hall to what it was prior to the reception/wedding/dance/party. It is an historic building, on the National Register of Historic Places, and there are museum rooms, but normally not open during events. The price is right for budge-conscious brides/grooms and it can be decorated beautifully.
