I understand how overwhelming so many options are when planning a wedding. What sets the Rivershore apart is that people not only come here for events but we're known for being a first choice for inviting family to relax and enjoy a friendly atmosphere and great food. I would love to share this experience with you by treating you and a guest to each enjoy a lunch entree on us! Do weekdays or weekends work best for you? After you two enjoy your lunch, I'll personally show you our Willamette Room, and go over our all of our wedding packages, and am available to answer any questions you may have. This is a great chance for you to relax and enjoy a well-deserved treat! I look forward to hearing back from you so I can arrange your free lunch! We have several different options for both ceremony and reception. The most basic is the Willamette Room. The fee for the room is $250.00, which includes setup, clean up, white table linens, brown linen napkins folded to your preference, and all of your dinnerware. There is a $50.00 fee for the private bar, and we provide your licensed bartender. There is a 30 person minimum, and I can seat 125 guests comfortably. We are also, booking ceremonies and reception in the upstairs portion of the restaurant and on the deck. The packages for these spaces vary depending on what you want! You can find our menu options on our website, click on banquets, scroll down and click on informational packet. This will bring up our menu options that are priced per person. We can mix and match or even create something totally unique to you! There is an 18% gratuity on the whole bill, which covers not only your server, but those behind the scenes. We allow any caterer as well as self catering. We allow any DJ, just no live bands. We allow beer, wine, and champagne with a server and liability insurance. We have bridal party dressing rooms, catering staging station (2 refrigerators, electricity, and water in this area. You can bring BBQ or grill for this area), large dance floor, bar area, and 60" tv screen for a slide show. Our venue opens at 10 am, music can play until 10 pm, and you have until 11 pm to gather decorations, belongings, and do your part of clean up. The Stewart Family Farm is an outdoor wedding venue, located in Harrisburg, Oregon (near Eugene and Corvallis). Our woodland setting features an English-style rose garden, pergola and charming tree house set among spacious lawns with maples, evergreens and old-growth oak trees. There are several areas to choose from for your ceremony and reception, all within sight of a peaceful stream. The venue rental includes white garden chairs, tables, and linens for 250 guests -with space for up to 400- and is available from the end of May through September, weather permitting. We also have a large tent (30’x50’) with a permanent floor and cottage restrooms (flushing, running water) with dressing rooms for your convenience. Sugarplum Bakery (on-site, licensed) is offering traditional wedding cakes at competitive prices. Stewart Brothers BBQ is our in-house caterer. The most popular room for receptions at NW Events is our Main Auditorium. On a Saturday this room has a minimum that you must reach. You can reach this minimum by adding on any of our in-venue services, so it's kind of like creating your own package! You can choose from any of our items and services to reach the minimum. It is completely customizable. Common items added on are: ceiling decor, linens, centerpieces, sound system, catering, and bar. We are also able to provide a wedding cake, a DJ, a limo, candy bar, and can custom build items (picnic tables, moveable walls, structures, etc). The space is yours for the entire day, though the event period itself is 8 hours. Most couples choose to go from 4pm-12am and come in at 9am to set-up and have an hour after the event to tear down. A 50% deposit of the room fee is required to reserve the date and the room and the rest of the balance is due 30 days before the event date. *The Main Auditorium can hold anywhere from 250-500 guests*
