Consisting of two Victorian country houses, with a total of 18 overnight rooms, our accommodations welcome and pamper your guests. Our lovely, well-lit dining room is complemented by columns and beautiful architectural details and accommodates up to 100 people for dinner. Beyond that, a very attractive tent option will accommodate up to 300. Well-groomed lawns, a charming gazebo (perfect for ceremonies), and an inviting Victorian wrap-around front porch complete the picture. Ceremonies may be held outdoors or indoors, depending on your personal preference. This price is dependent upon all 18 hotel rooms being rented for the night of the reception. The rates on the 18 hotel rooms start at $179. If you require overnight accommodations of fewer than 18 rooms, the base rental fee for the dining room is $3,900. For larger weddings and/or parties over 100, the base fee for a tent venue is $4,800. This price is dependent upon all 18 hotel rooms being rented for the night of the reception. The rates on the 18 hotel rooms start at $179-$259. If you require overnight accommodations of fewer than 18 rooms, base rental fee for a tent venue is $5,500. This will include use of the tent-site for the reception and the dining room for a cocktail hour. The tent itself is an additional cost through a local company. For parties of more than 150 guests, a valet parking service is required at extra cost. For rehearsal dinners and or brunches during your wedding weekend the base rental fee is an additional $700.00.
