Our space rental cost for a wedding is $6,700. This fee is for a 12-hour rental and includes set-up and breakdown time. You will have access to our full venue (lobby, ballroom, balcony, kitchen prep space and dressing rooms), all of our backline and in-house supplies including our Steinway D Grand Piano, an Event Liaison, and an Engineer to run all audio-visual equipment (e.g. lighting, live music/DJ, projection screen). You are welcome to coordinate with any caterer of your liking, although we highly recommend using one of our preferred vendors (listed on our website)! Our small kitchen located next to the ballroom is equipped with an industrial-sized sink and refrigerator. Given its size and location, it's a perfect prep space for caterers. Our Art Deco theatre was renovated with concerts and performances in mind, so we can accommodate both live and pre-recorded acts. We have a professional-level lighting grid set with movable spotlights and color changing LEDs — we offer 5 complimentary lighting looks to create everything from an elegant cocktail hour to a great dance party! If you would like to project an image or play a video, we're equipped with a 11x20 foot projection screen mounted behind the stage with a corresponding HD projector. In terms of venue capacity, the ballroom easily accommodate 140-160 guests for a ceremony and either a sit-down dinner or a cocktail style reception.

Our weekend wedding offer includes a full wedding day, plus the afternoon previous to the wedding date to drop off items, decorate, or have a ceremony rehearsal (from 3pm till 7pm), use of our dinner tables and chairs, a separate set of chairs for the ceremony in our pine grove, our three speaker systems, beautiful restrooms in the barn, a large pavilion on top of our field for a roofed ceremony or for cocktails, large parking area, two 4-seater carts with drivers to drive your guest around anywhere on our property,  lots of outdoor furniture (Adirondack chairs, wooden benches and chairs), and use of two spaces in our house behind the barn to get ready. Also included is our great team of 6 who welcome and guide your guests, setup and break down, and keep things tidy, and excellent service throughout the entire process. Part of the charm of our place are all the different little environments (dramatic pine grove, open field with mountain vista, secluded lawn with frog pond…), and we encourage couples to plan on including all of it in their wedding day. The things that are not included are catering and bar. Ate O Ate is our exclusive caterer (and in our opinion the absolute best catering company in our area). Their full event catering menu starts at $95 per person and includes three passed hors d’oeuvres and a market table with local cheeses, charcuterie, crudités, etc. for cocktail hour, and a plated salad, two main dishes and two side dishes for dinner. Our bar packages range from $29 per person to 49 per person, for a 4-hour window starting at cocktail hour, and can be extended to a 7 hour maximum. The maximum size of any party at our place is 140 persons. Minimum party size for a weekend event is 80 people, maximum size is 140 people. Venue fee for a Full Event Day does not include the weather dependable setup and monitoring of a large-size bonfire ($750), or the setup, lighting and cleanup of luminaries in our large field ($250). Venue fee and services are subject to 8% sales tax.

As a budget friendly alternative to a full day weekend wedding, we offer couples an easy-to-manage afternoon and early evening celebration on select weekdays. Our midweek wedding option is an elegant, incredibly beautiful option for couples who want things super easy, free of stress or a long to-do lists. It’s available on select Mondays and Thursdays (and on an occasional Friday or Sunday), from mid-May till mid-October. It’s an all-inclusive offer, and we’ll coordinate the wedding from start to finish. You’ll enjoy some of the best we have to offer, hassle-free! - The couple, or bride and bridesmaids, arrive at the residence, to get ready in two designated rooms, up to two hours before the start of the event, when guests arrive. - Upon arrival, guests gather for welcome refreshments. - There’s enough time for some formal photos, shot anywhere on the property (though a photographer is not included in this offer). - Ceremony follows at the Pine Grove, or, as a rain alternative, at the roofed hill top pavilion, or on the top floor of our carriage barn. There are, of course, no rules: have the wonderful, meaningful ceremony that fits your styles and personalities. - After the ceremony, drinks and hors d’oeuvres are served at the barn, for 1 ½ hours, by a bartender and servers. Toasts, cocktails, first dance and parent dances, it’s all possible. We’ll arrange music to your liking. - Venue coordination for the event; an ordained officiant (though you are of course free to bring your own wedding person as well); two 4-seater carts with drivers to drive anyone anywhere on the property; a simple yet pretty wedding bouquet and boutonnière; and music, flowers and decor in the barn. - Setup, coordination, drinks and hors d’oeuvres, chairs, tables, decor and lighting, flowers and bouquet, speaker system and music, staff, officiant, beautiful restrooms and prep rooms, 4-seater cart with driver, glasses, linens, and plates, are all included. Monday or Thursday: $7,800 base fee + $45 catering & bar fee per person Sunday, Holiday Mondays & Fridays: $8,800 base fee + $45 catering & bar fee per person. There’s a 20% service charge on the catering & bar fee, and 8% state sales tax for all included services.

This price is dependent upon all 18 hotel rooms being rented for the night of the reception. The rates on the 18 hotel rooms start at $179. If you require overnight accommodations of fewer than 18 rooms, the base rental fee for the dining room is $3,900. For larger weddings and/or parties over 100, the base fee for a tent venue is $4,800. This price is dependent upon all 18 hotel rooms being rented for the night of the reception. The rates on the 18 hotel rooms start at $179-$259. If you require overnight accommodations of fewer than 18 rooms, base rental fee for a tent venue is $5,500. This will include use of the tent-site for the reception and the dining room for a cocktail hour. The tent itself is an additional cost through a local company. For parties of more than 150 guests, a valet parking service is required at extra cost. For rehearsal dinners and or brunches during your wedding weekend the base rental fee is an additional $700.00.
