Howdy, Congratulations on your up coming wedding! We appreciate your interest in our venue! The Good Shepherd ranch is a working Horse Ranch & lovely outdoor venue in the beautiful high desert setting of the Sierrita Mountains, we are off of Ajo & Sierrita Mountain road. Our Ranch offers an elegant, rustic/western feel with beautiful horses in the backdrop. We can accommodate up to 150 people. What we provide/include: A fairy tale horse & French wedding carriage for the Bride, Bride & bridemaids preparation area. For Reception: tables, chairs, & table linens, lighted wrought Iron Arch ways, two ponds, all for a flat rate of $2000. This price includes Ceremony & Reception! Catering: For dinner we provide a southwestern cuisine, simple & not complicated but a very delicious Steak dinner, as well as - Marinated BBQ pork, & Marinated BBQ chicken, So you get all 3 meats for your guest served with 2 sides of your choice. For drinks: we provide lemonade, Tea & coffee to all guest. Our catering is full service, includes all dishes, glasses & cutlery. All for $10 per Person/Plate. We do allow outside catering. We will also provide a Cake table & Bride/Groom table with linens at no additional cost. If you rent our Ranch as your venue everything is at a flat rate & the Ranch is yours privately for the day. For you & your guest to enjoy our also Ranch includes: A windmill pavilion area, multiple green lawns for your use, i pod/mp3 player hook up that plays throughout the entire Ranch, although we do have a Band/Dj area. This beautiful country venue is perfect for any occasion. It is 4,200 sq. ft. and comes with tables, chairs, a portable stage, Serving / Bar area, Outside Wedding / Reception areas, and two rooms; the Casa de Outback and Wrangler Room for 2 nights at no extra charge. We also can offer you and your guests, 72 electrical and primitive campsites and two cabins available for rent. The venue has three big overhead doors that open up to the beautiful bluffs and can be used for more outdoor seating and tents.The inside venue seats 350 people and with the doors open, we can accommodate over 1,500. To book, we require non-refundable DEPOSIT of $750.00 with the remaining $1,750.00 due 30 days before the event and a refundable DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $250.00.

Congratulations on your engagement -- thank you for your interest in the Wild Horse Inn! We are great at meeting budgets and can do any style of service you wish from a formal plated dinner to a casual buffet barbeque. Keep in mind that the price listed is just an average; each event is priced based on your party size. We have a beautiful ceremony site outdoors! It has great mountain views and is very proximal to the reception area. It easily can seat over 200, so can accommodate your group. When you book with us for a weekend wedding, we ask that you reserve the entire Inn for two nights for your guests. We have 7 lodge rooms and 3 cabins, which can accommodate a maximum of 26 people. Breakfast is included each day for those staying on site! The cost to rent the entire place for one night, including tax. Most of our bridal couples don't pay for all of the lodging for their guests, so this cost may not be on your tab completely. At the Inn, you may bring in your own alcohol - a HUGE cost savings to you! We provide the bartenders through the catering company and they set up, service and break down the bar for you. When you book with us, your site fee covers you for the whole weekend. Many brides and grooms plan their rehearsal dinner and/or day after brunch for their guests to be held at the Inn as well; this would also be under the same site fee. The cost for those events would just be the catering and any small rentals you might need. Also when you book with us we give you a list of preferred vendors, including disc jockeys, bands, florists, photographers, etc. We also give you a list of the best additional lodging in the area for overflow. We host up to 250 guests in our large banquet room and for ceremonies on the range - our Tent accommodates up to 150 guests and the Pavilion up to 100 guests.
