Seven hours of coverage by primary and secondary photographers. Includes an extensive extra session (usually boudoir, engagement or staged wedding shots), advanced venue and other vendor coordination and lighting consultation, digital files with copyright permission, advanced cosmetic editing, a soft paper custom album, up to 40 prints, website hosting with optional guest print and keepsake purchase, optional Facebook album and blog submission and a surprise gift. You, your friends, and family would not be required to buy prints from us (though we do offer a variety of print services through the online gallery, including canvas prints and keepsakes).

We provide a wedding consultation, planning for the Big Day, decorating the venue, directing the wedding party during the rehearsal and ceremony, as well as preparing bouquets, boutonnieres, and floral arrangements. Our store also offers wedding registry for home decor items. $75 per hour or a negotiated flat fee depending on services rendered.

Record your complete ceremony and vows for a lifetime of memories. Professional audio/video coverage with multiple cameras that’s professionally edited to tell the unique story of your wedding day. One camera moves, allowing for better close-ups of expressions. Romantic poses will be captured after the ceremony (as time allows) and edited to music of your choice.Two Cameras (one static, unmanned) will capture both the wide shot of your setting (red rocks) and also your expressions.

Custom Design of your monogram. Use this design to customize and personalize your wedding, keep your look consistent and unique. You can use the monogram on everything you want. You can add it to your invitations, wedding video, posters, website, facebook page, cake, labels on bottles and party favors, and everywhere you can. You will receive a set of files that will allow you to give to your providers for customizations and for your home made projects. Only three rounds of revisions allowed. (The design on the picture does not reflect how your design will look like. Your design will be created according to your directions, style and wishes.)

This design set includes: Custom design of Monogram with three initials, (names and last-name initials). You will receive a file you can give other service providers, such as cake decorators or videographers. Keep your wedding look consistent with a unique monogram for your new family. We'll use the color scheme you've chosen for your wedding. Custom design of invitation set includes the designs of: . Main Invite and matching envelope (Size card: 5x7) . RSVP Card and its envelope (Size card: 4.25 x 5.5) . Save the Date Card and its envelope (Size card: 4x6) These sizes can be adjusted to your needs. Please contact us with details of the design you are looking for. Be very specific about style and colors. Only three rounds of changes are allowed. What is the Digital Guestbook? The Digital Guestbook is an innovative, new era digital guestbook which is equipped with touch screen, digital pen, and aesthetic pedestal. You can use it instead of a classic guestbook or memory book for weddings, engagements, birthdays, opening ceremonies, concerts etc! It is possible to use it for any event! Our screen design and menus are user friendly, making it very easy to use. We provide a guestbook host to help everything run smoothly at your event. How it works? Your guests will see a custom design welcome screen. Your guests can leave two kinds of messages: 1. A Photo Message: A photo of guest(s) is taken automatically and they can leave a handwritten messages by writing directly on the screen. 2. A Video Message: Guest(s) can leave a video message with sound and they leave their handwritten messages by writing directly on the screen. What if guests don’t like their photo or video? They will have the opportunity to do a retake. What is the quality of videos? All videos are being saved in HD quality. What is the quality of photo messages? All video messages & photos are saved in photo print quality and are all provided to you at the end of the event on a custom flash drive.

The Norman String Quartet will play beautiful classical music during the ceremony; a mixture of classical and pop is also available. We will play a 30 minute prelude, plus entrance music for family, the bridal party and the Bride’s entrance. The recessional will conclude the music for the ceremony. (A mid-ceremony selection may be made if so desired.) This represents approximately one hour of performance. We provide unlimited consultation to our Clients regarding music choices and logistics. A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking with the remainder due one month prior to the wedding date. Thank you!

Our custom design experience is an integral element to our full-service package and offers creative direction and inspiration throughout the wedding planning experience. Our planners work closely with our clients to develop detailed online wedding design boards, which capture our client’s vision and feature a collection of color palettes, layouts, pictures, and fabrics. Using this collaborative, unique design process allows our team to clearly communicate the expectations of every detail to the client, as well as to each vendor and confirms that everyone involved is aesthetically aligned. We have built strong relationships with many industry leaders and truly enjoy orchestrating the perfect wedding with these outstanding creative professionals.
