Our month or “day of ” coordination package is designed to help our clients bring all the details together one month from the wedding with a planner who will execute their dream day with confidence. It allows the couple and their families to relax and enjoy the festivities, stress free. We allow any caterer as well as self catering. We allow any DJ, just no live bands. We allow beer, wine, and champagne with a server and liability insurance. We have bridal party dressing rooms, catering staging station (2 refrigerators, electricity, and water in this area. You can bring BBQ or grill for this area), large dance floor, bar area, and 60" tv screen for a slide show. Our venue opens at 10 am, music can play until 10 pm, and you have until 11 pm to gather decorations, belongings, and do your part of clean up. Music for your indoor Houston wedding ceremony. Select your special ceremony processional and recessional pieces from Sandra's suggestions. Sandra, Harpist, ready to play 30 minutes before ceremony time so that music can begin when guests start arriving. Additional hours, if at same venue $100 per hour. Ceremonies outside Houston will incur a travel charge. Outdoor ceremonies between mid October and mid April will also incur a fee.
