With Just Shea I Do Officiant Services you get 3 meetings with me. First is to pick and perpersonalize your vows. At that time you'll pay your deposit (half the total fee), and save your date. The second meeting is your rehearsal, if you have one. And the last is your big day! Payment will be collected before the ceremony and license signing. No additional charges for extra parts of your ceremony, such as unity candle, sand ceremony, or rose ceremony. If you can dream it up, we can make it happen with your vows! For the bride who has it all together but wants to sit back and enjoy her hard work and have a stress free wedding day! Upon hiring us we have a consultation where we discuss your wedding, individualized needs and other details. We will recommend vendors, ideas and tips and tricks to make your planning process easier. 4-6 weeks before your wedding we meet to finalize details such as floorplan, seating arrangement and timeline. We become the point of contact for all your hired vendors. We make sure nothing is overlooked or any detail missed on your big day. We oversee setup, throughput and break down of your day. We strive to make your day perfect, stress free and exactly how you imagined it to be.

The Professional package is our most popular option. It includes all of the features from the Essentials package with 2 extra hours or shooting for a total of 8 hours, a longer highlight reel, and a detailed color-grading edit. This lesson also offers you a complimentary wedding dance consultation to allow you the opportunity to discuss dance ideas, songs and details with your professional dance instructor. One detail meeting to go over everything about the wedding one month in advance. One venue(s) walkthrough to go over layout. Creation of day of timeline. Final confirmation with wedding vendors. Creation of layout. Attendance/ coordination of wedding rehearsal. Full day of coordination from set up to clean up.

My standard rate per an hour for Saturday events. Below is what is included in my standard rate: Services: I will provide music and entertainment up to the total amount of the contracted time. I will handle all the music and announcements that are needed during the contracted time as well as work with and assist all other vendors in the coordinating, planning, and execution of the event before, during, and after. Equipment: One complete mobile DJ sound system which includes: 2 high quality professional DJ Speakers, 2 wireless microphones, professional music mixing equipment that was made for the purpose of mobile DJing, and two intelligent "disco" Lights. Time: I typically arrive at least two hours before the start of the event to set up. This is at no cost to you. I prefer to arrive early therefor if there are unforeseen problems they can be corrected before the event begins. Overtime can be purchased the night of and the fee shall be agreed upon when contract is signed. Sound system Rental: I will handle all the music and announcements that are needed during the contracted time that can be provided from the single sound system mentioned above. If music and/or announcement are needed somewhere out of range of the fore mentioned sound system a 2nd sound system may be rented. Fee depends on needs. Sound System only (No Mics) $150. Full Sound System (with Mics) $250 Moneys: I require a non-refundable retainer to block the date. The retainer will be subtracted from the balance and the remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the event. Payment may be in the form of cash, check, cashier’s check, credit card, or payment app. There is a $5 processing fee per every $100 for credit card transactions. Travel: I require additional fees to travel to any event further than 60 miles from my location. A fee of $50 (subject to change) shall be paid for every hour of travel needed to reach the event. Accommodations: The Jeff Bell Experience (JBE) requires any and all clients who hire an entertainer(s) from JBE to provide accommodations for the entertainer(s) if entertainer(s) is not able to return to his home address by midnight of the event date by the same means of travel they arrived. JBE requires accommodations to be provided in a safe location in an establishment with a 3 star rating or higher. Accommodations must be approved my entertainer(s) and client both unless prior agreement is made and stated in contract.

We are a husband and wife photography team! We offer a two part coverage. We hear from our brides that they want all their photos so first we offer an hourly rate and include ALL your images, RETOUCHED, in high resolution on a disc or flash drive with reproduction rights. We soften skin, remove background distractions, make a mix of black and white and color images, and even add some dreamy effects on to a couple of romantic poses! Part 2 is optional which is albums. We offer a wide variety of bridal and parent albums for you to choose from. The hourly rate for the first hour and $200 for each add'l hour. Allow 2 weeks for delivery! We have a 5 star rating with Weddingwire!
