All season from 11:00AM to 11:00PM Our Main Dining room can fit comfortably 60 people. On cold days, we have a wood burning fireplace going. Our Great Hall dining room has a gas fireplace and that can fit up to 35 people. Wood dining room fits comfortably 20 people it also has an electric fireplace. We have a beautiful patio outside which can be used in spring and summer time for dancing, ceremony or outside eating for 100+ guests. Tent events are a favorite of our 100+ guests. What sets the Rivershore apart is that people not only come here for events but we're known for being a first choice for inviting family to relax and enjoy a friendly atmosphere and great food. After you two enjoy your lunch, I'll personally show you our Willamette Room, and go over our all of our wedding packages, and am available to answer any questions you may have. This is a great chance for you to relax and enjoy a well-deserved treat! I look forward to hearing back from you so I can arrange your free lunch! We have several different options for both ceremony and reception. The most basic is the Willamette Room. The fee for the room is $250.00, which includes setup, clean up, white table linens, brown linen napkins folded to your preference, and all of your dinnerware. There is a $50.00 fee for the private bar, and we provide your licensed bartender. There is a 30 person minimum, and I can seat 125 guests comfortably. We are also, booking ceremonies and reception in the upstairs portion of the restaurant and on the deck. The packages for these spaces vary depending on what you want! You can find our menu options on our website, click on banquets, scroll down and click on informational packet. This will bring up our menu options that are priced per person. We can mix and match or even create something totally unique to you! There is an 18% gratuity on the whole bill, which covers not only your server, but those behind the scenes. These connected double state boards are hand strung with string on weathered wood boards. The dimensions of these boards are 11 by 24 inches. These measurements are not exact as the boards are from rough cut lumber. Due to the nature of the wood, each piece is unique and may vary from what you see in the picture.
