Sometimes a couple doesn't want a full wedding planner, but they need a bit more than a Day-of-Coordinator. This a la carte menu allows you to choose exactly what you need! You start with a base of the Day-of-Coordinating Package (See Package in profile), which is an $800 value, and you build from there, adding on what you need to create the wedding package for your day! You can see prices for each add-on below. Additional Coordinating Consultation Meetings (value $65 available to Day-of-Coordinating Clients only): Sometimes one meeting to coordinate your wedding just doesn’t feel like enough. For your convenience, additional coordination consultations can be added without limit. Wedding Design Consultation ($125 for 2 in-person meetings): This is for the couple that wants just a bit more than a Coordinator, but they don’t need a full planner. These can be added on without limit. Touring Wedding and Reception Sites (prices based on county): Choosing the perfect venue sets the tone for your wedding, and sometimes this can be overwhelming. Site tours are available throughout Southern California. Vendor Meetings ($60-$200 based on county) Rehearsal and/or Engagement Dinner Coordination (custom rate charge): Sometimes planning a dinner feels like just one more thing to worry about. Let me take the stress out of your celebratory dinner so you can sit back and enjoy it! Budget Planning & Review ($45/hour): Creating a budget can be one of the most important ways to keep from getting stressed. At the same time, having unrealistic expectations can create even more stress. I can help you develop a plan and guide you through the budgeting process.

I will secure a perimeter around the beach area you have chosen. I will rake and define alter with the use of ribbons, conch shells, and starfish. A great choice for the couple on a budget who want a small, intimate ceremony in suburban park setting with free parking and an indoor venue option. Heritage Park is a lovely little park owned by the City of Chattanooga and located at 1428 Jenkins Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421 in the East Brainerd community. With a creek running through it, the park features a gazebo (which can be used for free on a first-come-first-serve basis or reserved by the couple for a small fee), a charming covered bridge, and many nice tree-lined spots, perfect for weddings of up to 15 guests. In addition (especially for larger, more formal weddings, or in the colder months for warmth), we highly recommend the Heritage House which can be booked by calling (423) 855-9474. We require prepayment for our wedding officiant services, and recommend you book us as far in advance as possible, to ensure our availability for your wedding date.

In our planning process we will organize all of your vendors, details, and invoices for a “stress free” experience. We will be responsible for creating a detailed timeline several weeks prior to your Wedding date and will contact the vendors for formal introductions. After discussing our couple’s vision for their ceremony, your wedding coordinator would also be in charge of running the wedding rehearsal and dinner or brunch. And on the day of the wedding our responsibilities would be to be present at the venue and ensure every detail is set up the way our couple has envisioned it. We will be the liaison between our couple and the vendors for the entire day. During the ceremony and reception your wedding coordinator’s responsibility is to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Capt Iris Clarke is also an ordained minister, allowing her to offer you a customized ceremony from traditional to alternative, creating your own personalized Love Boat experience. Daytime Ceremonies Under Sail packages inlcude two hours aboard the boat, Capt Iris' officiant fees, a customized service, MD taxes, champagne toast, boat decorations, but not the crew;s tip. We can accommodate just you two, or up to 6 passengers total.
