Includes day-of-coordination for 4 hours minimum having 2 coordinators on site. Our Enclosed Package is best for smaller, more intimate pictures. It includes a 5'x5'x7' tent that is totally enclosed with a curtain hung up in the back as a backdrop. This package includes: Unlimited Prints Trunk of Props Custom Overlay Digital Copy of Prints On-site Attendant Set-Up/Take Down The Package provides a Booth Butler to arrive about an hour before your event's start time with a professional Photo Booth System. The Butler will then set-up and take test photos before your guests arrive to ensure everything is working properly. The Butler will then monitor the booth & props until the completion of your event. Once your event is over the Butler will have a USB Drive with all the pictures taken available for you immediately after the event.

This package is completely customized to whatever you need and look you are going for. It can be set up for a few hours or for all day. We have many different kinds of lights that we can use for different looks. Please call or email for custom pricing. The average light runs $30 per light for the day.

We offer a customized sound package for ceremonies. We can either play recorded music or provide amplification for live speech, music and instruments. We can provide mics for speech, singing and for instruments. CEREMONY MUSIC/HR and this price is only based on the ceremony at the same place as the reception and dance, if at a different location ask us for a qoute) $100.00 min. If your ceremony is in a secluded location, we can also provide a generator to run the sound. If it is needed please add an additional $75.

This beautiful country venue is perfect for any occasion. It is 4,200 sq. ft. and comes with tables, chairs, a portable stage, Serving / Bar area, Outside Wedding / Reception areas, and two rooms; the Casa de Outback and Wrangler Room for 2 nights at no extra charge. We also can offer you and your guests, 72 electrical and primitive campsites and two cabins available for rent. The venue has three big overhead doors that open up to the beautiful bluffs and can be used for more outdoor seating and tents.The inside venue seats 350 people and with the doors open, we can accommodate over 1,500. To book, we require non-refundable DEPOSIT of $750.00 with the remaining $1,750.00 due 30 days before the event and a refundable DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $250.00.
