Beautiful automotive history site with rustic, vintage circa 1928 Albert Kahn buildings on a 14 acres site. It's a blank canvas where you can create the unique wedding of your dreams. The Packard Proving Grounds is owned by the Packard Motor Car Foundation which is a 501c3 and events help to generate revenue for restoration and maintenance of the site. Couples, family and friends can volunteer to help out at other weddings and events to learn more about the inner workings and get to know our awesome volunteers. It's a great way to pick up on some do's and don'ts that you might not have even considered. Cost for six hours which includes the same day set up starting at 9am plus tear down for one hour afterwards. Events must end at 11:30pm. Indoor & outdoor ceremony and reception options, plus we have 24 - 60" rounds that seat 8 per table and 20 - 6 ft rectangular tables that are included. $500 deposit is required to hold the date, and that goes towards the total balance which is due at 90 days prior to your event. You can rent classic Packard cars to be used as a static indoor display at $50 per car and/or a car & driver for $100 to take you around the site. There is a $300 security deposit that is paid in a separate check at 90 days, and it is returned if there is no damage to the site. Farm property for weddings are traditionally booked Friday-Sunday. Wedding Reception Photo Package 4 hours Digital Download of all high-resolution images. No printed photos delivered. You have license rights to print and reproduce photos. Payment by check. Short, 2-page contract.

Capture the love and excitement of being engaged, and get used to being in front of the camera before your wedding day. Engagement shoots typically last an hour long, at the location of your choosing. Clients can expect 40 edited, high resolution images via online gallery and disc, with full rights for printing the images. Engagement shoots come complimentary with any full-length wedding package, but come individually. A $50 deposit is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due at the time of the photoshoot. Travel fees will be charged if the location is more than 25 miles (round trip) from Long Beach, CA (90815).

Our engagement photo sessions include location of your choice in the Las Vegas/ Henderson area, for a scheduled 60 minute session. Engagement sessions includes up to 60 edited images on a high resolution disc. Copyrights release provided to client.
