I am ordained clergy with an opened mind, I am also a wedding officiant, and my skill is in writing and providing a perfect ceremony for you. This is the most important part of the entire affair is the officiant providing your vows. I work well with others you may have hired, or can handle most of the direction for your wedding in the case of small intimate settings. Religious, or non-religious, hand fasting, celtic knot, in remembrance of those passed away, roses to mothers, and more. I will listen, and provide the legal aspects if you wish to insert your own vows. I can also provide guidance in processional and recessional parts of the service. Services begin at this price and rise from there depending on the type of service, location, and desired requests.

A creation of artful imaginary, highlighting the deep connection between you and the loved one. The Portrait Session is not exclusive to couples getting married. These have been designed for couples in love and families. It is natural for me to come back to my couples as their family photographer after the wedding. The session can last anywhere from an hour to hour and a half depending on what ideas we come up with. It is also a great opportunity for us to bond before the wedding day. For beautiful, soft light lets start an hour and a half before the sunset. The session fee which pays for my time and edit work on the images.

We can bill hourly as well. Price for the first hour, $175 each additional + $75 for any event after 10pm.

Knowing what questions to ask is key! We will provide you with vendor recommendations, attend any/all meetings with clients & vendors; handle all necessary communication between client & vendor. Manage vendors, during day of, via timeline and checklists. *Clients are responsible for all vendor payments. Menu selection: Food allergies? Gluten free request? Vegetarian requests? Buffet? Plated? We will help you design your menu to meet all of your needs. Design & décor selection: Assistance with theme, & design choices, knowledge of the most current trends. We will help you create your “vision” with the most original ideas possible. Venue design, including head table, and guest table layout. We will streamline the process and guide you through the quantities, site lay-out design and pick up/delivery arrangements. Scope of services: Timeline & checklists develop and management: Help with the development of a timeline for the Day of, managing vendors & coordinating with photographers to keep everyone on task. (Also re-adjusting if needed). Help create & manage checklists through out wedding planning process to make sure that no detail is left out. Wedding rehearsal coordination and management: Coordinate with venue to schedule rehearsal time. Organize wedding party, coordinate with Officiant, lead rehearsal, trouble shoot any challenges. Provide you with helpful documents, such as checklists, gratuity guidelines, and etiquette assistance. Day of Coordination & management: Coordinate with venue to assure proper set up of tables, chairs, dance floor, bar, DJ, additional tables for guest book, pictures, ect. Supervise all vendor set up to guarantee your weddings overall design and direction is achieved. Handle all set up of additional décor including; table décor (runners, overlays, candles, table numbers, centerpieces) guest table, additional bar set up (napkins, straws, menu) pictures, frames, escort cards, cake table set up and design, seating chart, programs, ceremony set-up. This package includes our popular ceiling canopy. It is 30’ by 60’ and fully covers the ceiling in beautiful fabric. This is NOT tulle so you cannot see through it. And, unlike many other “canopies,” ours does not attach to the walls of the building causing damage. There is also no space between fabric to see the ceiling. The canopy also has over 2000 lights on it. It is 15’ in the center and 10’ on the sides to create an intimate room. Your will have a choice of our custom backdrops, with back lighting and greens. We do not use any overhead lights with this package. We bring all of the lighting you will need to create a romantic setting for your wedding/reception. The backdrops have their own lights, but we also do back lighting and every table except the guest tables has lighting underneath to help create the setting (6 tables). You also get a sign in table with all of the fixings including gift card box, lamp, easels—both large and small, linens and centerpiece. Popular right now is a picture table that is also lit underneath. This consists of 12-15 pictures that the bride provides put out on a table with a beautiful damask tablecloth that is raised and lowered for maximum benefit. The gift area is made up of 8 beautiful leather trunks, arrangements, lights, antique birdcages and lamps. The cake table is also included, with linens, a white arch with lights and 9 yards of fabric draped over the arch. We can also include the knife and server . We provide linens and serving tables (if needed) for the food also. We do set up a video area if needed, up to 10 guest tables with linens and centerpieces as well as chair covers and sashes. Greens are also provided as needed. Your choice of lead in’s and stanchions are included as well. We do all of our set up and take down also. Fresh florals are not included in the price for centerpieces. If you wish to use fresh flowers, there will be an additional cost. We also do wedding party flowers—please contact us for pricing. Also included with this package is our candy favor table. With this you get 5 large jars of different sizes and shapes and we provide the candy to fill them with candy you choose from our list. We provide the small bags and ties for your guests to fill them as well. Each jar is tied with a ribbon with your wedding colors also.
