I offer Christian and non-religious ceremonies that can be tailored to fit your unique flavor. My services include the marriage ceremony as well as the necessary paperwork to file your marriage with the State of Hawaii. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

We get to know you, as a couple, and orchestrate an event that is not only beautiful, but fun for you and your guests. The hands down most important thing to us is creating an event that is a true reflection of your personality as a couple. We will guide you step by step through venues, vendors, design, logistics, budgets and also provide some serious sanity along the way!

It is shot with one camera person and two camera angles to make sure you get the best view of your wedding. We also have two wireless microphones capturing your ceremony and vows. We capture your ceremony, friends and family and of course YOU! The package includes one hour of filming. In the final video you'll have the complete ceremony and about a two minutes of beautiful footage of your wedding day. It is shot with one camera person and two camera angles to make sure you get the best view of your wedding. We also have two wireless microphones capturing your ceremony and vows. Delivery is digital and will arrive about a month after your wedding. Rush edits, flash drives and DVDs can be purchased for an additional price.

FULL SERVICE PACKAGE The Full Service Package will ensure that your wishes are our command. We will be there from the initial planning of the wedding until you are whisked away to your honeymoon. Rest assured that no stone will be unturned and your dream day will be a reality, without the stress. This package includes the Wedding Day Coordination plus much, much, more... Unlimited access to planning professional via email or phone. Wedding budget management. Vendor referrals & pre-screening. Attend vendor meetings with couple. Contract and pricing negotiations with vendors. Keep an updated list of confirmed guests. Develop wedding day itinerary for couple, wedding party & immediate family members. Create ceremony and reception room floor plans. Attend final meeting at reception venue. Assist in stuffing, addressing and/or mailing wedding invitations. Arrange accommodations for out of town guests. Event design. Assist with selection of decorating rentals, including floral arrangements, linens, lighting, props, etc. Assist with selection of invitations, place cards, napkins, favors, etc. Assist in finding and booking entertainment. Assist in obtaining marriage license, if desired. Arrange transportation for out of town guests with fights and/or ground transportation to and from airport & wedding location. Concierge for out of town guests arriving early; dinner reservations, maps, etc. Deliver welcome baskets for out of town guests to their hotel. Schedule and assist with Bridal portrait session. Wedding package: (***Pricing does NOT include the Venue Fee) The Event Basics: Included are Tent, furniture, linens, chinaware, flatware and more. Full Service Coordination: Helpful assistance for all aspects of planning, along with coordination of guests and vendors on the wedding day. Ceremony Floral Package: By Passion Roots. Documenting Hawaii's weddings for 20 years, their style combines modern aesthetic with timeless elegance. *Prices do not include HI state tax Extras: Eight rooms available for overnight accommodations for an additional fee of $250 per room per night. There are 10 beds total - 6 Queens and 4 singles, which sleep 16 people max. Pricing drops to $200 per room if all eight rooms are booked at the same time. Rooms are available to rent the night before and the night of your event. For an additional fee of $500 your caterer may use the “hot kitchen” to cook food on site with a deep fryer, 3 ovens, 12 gas burners, 1 large steak grill and 1 large griddle. Please ask about our “package” option for couples planning a destination wedding, or for those who simply don’t have time. Requirements: Wedding Coordinator, Wedding Insurance. Wedding packages are $250 per hour. no charge for traveling time on Oahu. Vendor Selection Provides recommendations and assists in choosing vendors, venues, and services, as well as set up and attend the appropriate meetings. Timeline Development Creation of personalized wedding day schedule that will organize your day from sunrise to sundown. Distributes Timeline and Site Plan to all vendors - 2 weeks prior Detail Management Manage and finalize the logistics involved with all vendors, venues and services. Contacts vendors for final service confirmations - 1 week prior Correspondence Maintain active communication with you via phone/in-person/email to coordinate details, and provide inspiration and feedback as needed. My ceremony fee — this includes everything (creation of personalized ceremony, revisions, meetings, processing of license paperwork that you obtain from the county, etc.). If you need me to attend a rehearsal, the fee for that is $100. Parking or travel fees may also apply, depending on your venue location (I am in Evanston). No fees for meetings or calls, and I buy my own coffee if we decide to get together! No deposit -- payment due before the ceremony on the day of your wedding, cash or check are fine. If you prefer to pay ahead of time, that's great -- I can send various no fee options for that too. Since being ordained in the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in 1997, I have been assisting couples with uniquely personalized wedding ceremonies, and am still deeply moved by participating in weddings. The hourly rate for this service is $90 per hour. As a transportation and tour company we do have a minimum of 5 hours for services. These 5 hours are counted as of the moment that the passengers are picked up and up until the moment that the passengers are dropped off. Driver's gratuity and taxes are included in the rate. Airports or ports may apply. Prices are subject to change without notice. Services initiated from 24:00 to 05:00 am may incur additional charges

At brides “getting dressed” location: Facilitate on-time arrival of hair and make-up stylists and instruct them as to where to set up hair dryers, brushes and any other equipment they have with them Coordinate hair and make-up schedule with bridal party and stylists and ensure that hair and make-up is completed in a timely fashion Coordinate any food deliveries and set up and clear all meals Make sure personal flowers i.e. bridal bouquet, bridesmaid”s flowers and father of the bride’s boutonnière arrive on time Blot personal flowers with paper towels and distribute to wedding party Make sure photographer arrives on time and has a “must shoot” list Gather bride, bridal party and immediate family for photos Call out names on “must shoot” list for photographer Ensure that transportation arrives on time and instruct wedding party as to when to depart for ceremony Assist bride with putting on her wedding gown Maintain The Wedding Sitter Bridal Emergency Kit (just in case) Kit Includes such items as stain sticks, hairspray, safety pins, a sewing kit, scissors, Static Guard, deodorant, straws, Band-Aids, snacks, and many other things you may need on the wedding day Communicate with best man to make sure groom is getting dressed and on-time Make wedding party aware of any last minute details Communicate with transportation driver and maid-of-honor/best man while bridal party is on the way to the ceremony location Ceremony Set up programs and other ceremony items i.e. guest book, unity candles, kiddush cups, wine or yarmulkes Ensure that ushers/groomsmen arrive on time and are ready to pass out programs Ensure that personal flowers i.e. flower girl bouquet and groomsmen boutonnières have arrived at ceremony location Alert ushers/groomsmen as to when to begin escorting guests to their seats and remind them as to how to be a “proper” usher Ensure that ceremony musicians have arrived and direct them as to where to set up Confirm the music that ceremony musicians will play during the ceremony, as well as start times for each piece of music.
