I will meet with you prior to the signing of the contract. This is a free in-person meeting bofor us to learn about one another. If you are out of the area, we can use Skype or Facetime, or if you are comfortable, a phone call. This helps me to learn what kind of ceremony you want, whether it be completely secular or some religious aspects. I can also provide some ideas to get you started thinking about your ceremony. I will coordinate and attend the rehearsal I will work with you and your bridal party with coordination of the ceremony specifics such as where to stand, how the bridal party will walk up the aisle, and seating of guests so everyone knows what is expected. Please note, travel fees may apply. I will work with you to create a custom ceremony from wording, to vows, to enhancements. We can incorporate items you want and I can also make suggestions. Poems, readings (secular or religious), blessings, and unity ceremonies are some things to think about. Once the contract is signed, I provide you with examples to use to build a ceremony that reflects you. We use this to build a ceremony that is personalized for you. I will meet with you in-person for an hour long consultation as it gets close to the wedding. This means you get 2 in-person meetings with me. This is something I do since I want to get to know you both and also use this time to answer questions you may have. This will help me to help you finalize the ceremony coordination as listed below. This is in addition to the initial consultation where we meet prior to signing the contract. If you are out of the area, we can use Skype or Facetime. I will work with you to coordinate the entire ceremony. When we meet close to the wedding, we will go over your ceremony from start to finish. This includes a timeline, assistance with music selection, how to seat your guests, honoring your parents, the order of your processional, who sits wear, the specifics of the ceremony, unity ceremony (if included), who gives the rings, and the recessional. I also arrive at least 1/2 hour before the ceremony to make sure I touch base with your photographer, venue contact, and DJ so that everyone is on the same page. Can provide sound system I have a small cordless PA sound system with a lapel microphone that I have used for weddings big and small. It works great for outdoor or indoor locations. I also have a speaker that can connect with an IPod, IPad, or phone for music. This is an additional fee, especially if I need someone to control the speaker. I will file the marriage license with county after the ceremony. I will also provide information on how you apply for the license and answer any questions about applying to the best of my ability. If the barrel room is rented out by another party the previous evening, decorating may begin any time the day of the event. Clean-up needs to occur that night (last song ends at 12am), unless there is no event scheduled the following day. If not, then clean-up may be done any time before 11am. Center pieces are available on request. Use of round and long black table linens (not the vinyl) is priced at $6.49 per table. Includes sound system, heating/air conditioning, and use of the patio. Use of personal decorations is allowed. We have liability insurance. Space is handicapped accessible. A Creekside Affair is an award-winning wedding venue that offers Idaho couples a gorgeous wedding venue with convenient services and amenities for an affordable price. This outdoor wedding venue is located 10 miles outside of Caldwell and 45 minutes from Boise. It's serene, private and naturally scenic. The year-round creek on the west side of the property is what inspired the name 'A Creekside Affair.' Our 2 acre lake pond is accented with sparkling fountains, surrounded by cattails, trees and landscaping - perfect for stunning wedding photography! Photographers have a wide variety of scenery to capture beautiful images of your big day at this picturesque venue. They frequently ask to come back for other photo shoots. :) A Creekside Affair's island is what sets us apart - large enough for ceremonies of up to 150 guests, this is a way to have a unique ceremony surrounded by water and with your reception across the bridge on the mainland. The ceremony can also be held at a couple of different spots on the mainland. There is a brick and sandstone 20 foot by 30 foot fully lighted covered area (this works great for a dance floor!) with a full indoor bathroom attached plus a storage room, and electricity. Couples love the 10 foot tall cascading water feature as well! We're always improving the property! The price listed is the wedding minimum for the greater Twin Falls area. It includes DJ services for both the ceremony and the reception, assuming they are both at the same "exact" spot or room. Services include unlimited playlist requests (most DJ's do not allow this). Give me a playlist and I will show up with all music ready to go. I will always take requests from the guests if authorized to do so. I arrive at the wedding with a complete compliment of high quality sound equipment and back up equipment including wired and wireless microphones. This is a set fee. I do not charge by the hour and I do not charge extra as long as the reception ends by 1 AM. I provide you with an exhaustive wedding questionnaire that covers every imaginable function at a ceremony and reception. I consistently work the background with all other vendors, coordinators etc. to ensure a smooth flow of events at the ceremony and reception. A good wedding DJ actually becomes your wedding coordinator if you do not have one. I believe this is your special day, not mine, and I give you exactly what you want. If your ceremony and reception are not in the same exact room or spot, I will provide an additional sound system as you will need immediate music after the ceremony. Please contact me for additional fees that may be necessary. Dance lighting, fog machines etc. are available at additional cost as well.

Our horse and carriage rental cost for wedding's , depend on location of wedding and also how long we are needed for your wedding. Our basic starter package for out of town weddings start this price for the first hour and $60 per hour after that.. Our package gives you 1 Draft horse and carriage for your special day, the driver dressed on appropriate attire ( black coat, tie and top hat). and 1 hour of time ( more available if needed).
