This is your price for 0-200 guests, March-Nov Sundays. It includes all 12 acres, 12 hour rental of our Wedding Party House which has our Brides Suite, Grooms Lounge, full kitchen and living room. Then you will have your beautiful outdoor ceremony at our unique White Chapel Gazebo. Now the fun begins inside our heated/aired reception hall with our 12' granite bar and double beer tap system, our caterer's prep kitchen and raised stage all setup to provide you with a night to remember! We have various packages listed below: Day of Service Coordination 6 Hours with custom wedding timeline: $599.00 with rehearsal included $ 699.00 Intermediate Service - Partial assistance with vendors and day of Service starting at $1,450.00 This includes assistance with hiring up to 2 vendors and 7 hours of service on the day of the wedding along with a custom timeline. Full Service - This is assistance with all vendors, custom detailed timeline, assistance with venue selection, review of contracts with vendors to protect you as the client, direct rehearsal (1 hours) , direct wedding day events (up to 8 hours), custom timeline & much more not listed on this email. We require a 50% down payment and you can make monthly payment with the balance paid 60 days prior to the event. I also can assist with floral for the wedding and work directly with wholesale to save you money if this is something you might be interested in. I can work with all sizes of ceremony from about 30 up to the larger of weddings, with perhaps 200 or more guests. Includes initial consultation, all email, phone calls, an hour for a rehearsal at the venue, and the ceremony itself. I will also file the license after the ceremony with the County Clerk. This includes optional airbrush makeup and false lashes. The makeup is waterproof, long lasting, and looks amazing in person and on camera. Veronica also does makeup for bridesmaids and family members. Tattoo and scar cover up are optional add-ons (price ranging from $20-60).

Candi of Weddings by Candi will perform your ceremony of any size and anywhere allowed in the state of Texas. I work for you, so when you hire me, I have a questionnaire either you fill out online, in person or over the phone. I use those questions to write your ceremony. I am one of the few officiants that allow you to choose whether I hold a Bible, my iPad, paper, or a plain black book during the ceremony (most others hold a binder or iPad without preference to what you want). I also allow you to choose my attire for the day (in the questionnaire). Your ceremony is written, emailed to you for approval or changes, and keeps going that way until you say it is perfect. Then and only then do I stop. I contact you through your preferred method the week of the wedding just to check in. I arrive at the rehearsal (if needed) at least 10 minutes early. I arrive at the ceremony at least 30 minutes early to obtain the license and see if either of you have any last minute questions or changes. After the ceremony, the license is signed and I say my goodbyes (unless I have been invited by the couple to stay). The following business day, I go to the post office to mail off your license for you.

I will provide several ceremonies to the couple along with many vow options. I will also provide several unity ceremonies. I will work with the couple to make sure it is the ceremony that they want. I will file all necessary paperwork for the couple after the ceremony to confirm the marriage. If I am required at the rehearsal, there will be an additional $50.00 fee. Quote is good for 7 days. A$75.00 deposit is required to book the date.

Our current pricing for a wedding reception in the ball room for 7 hours (as of 1/6/17), setup through clean up. Everyone must be out and cleaned up no later than 1am. There is ample parking. Price includes a bartender and a maintenance person on staff. There is a list of pre-approved caterers that you can choose from. Pricing is for Friday, Saturday and Sunday receptions a discount is offered Monday to Thursday. Additional hours are $100 per hour. You can use the gazebo for photos at no charge. Ceremonies on the gazebo are $100 and include 30 chairs , additional chair are $2.50 each. You can use any bakery you'd like for cake. There are several hotels within 10 minutes of the venue. A $200 security deposit will hold your date, the rent is due a minimum of 60 days prior to your date. You are welcome to use any florist, band, DJ or decorator you'd like.

Engagement session in the studio or on location two hours. As many outfit changes as you like. Your previews will be posted to the web for viewing and ordering.
