All that is required to hold the date is a $250 deposit. A typical wedding of approximately 100-200 guests is $825 + $5 a head. This covers setup and tear down of tables and chairs, table linens, and napkins (basic colors), staging for head table & basic lighting, prep kitchen access, garbage service, and staffing for your event. Additional options include day before decorating, exclusive access, hanging decorations as well as a staffed cash or open bar (beer and wine). The Dahl offers you the blank canvas to create your own love story as well as the flexibility to choose your own caterer and DJ. I find most couples are happy to know that we are a nonprofit and all money goes to support local arts programming for children, teens, and adults. As a nonprofit we are at the lower end of the pricing for the area and we typically have 15 or less weddings a year, ensuring personal attention and a customizable event.

All my packages include an Engagement session, and the edited files on disc with print release. The Deluxe, my most popular package, includes up to 8 hours of continuous wedding day coverage by two photographers. You can expect between 400 and 800 images, from which you may select up to 100 to be used in the custom montage design of your 10x10 coffee table style album.​ You'll also receive your edited and retouched proofs on disc at full resolution, with print release. Your E-session includes your choice of up to 20 retouched and printed 4x6, suitable for framing, and proof images on disc with print release. You will also receive an 8x10, suitable for framing, which may be chosen from either your engagement session images or from your wedding images. Our wedding package includes four hours with unlimited photo booth sessions. An attendant will be on site during the entire event to assist your guests. Props are provided and we can do an enclosed booth which is best suited for 2-4 people, or an open booth to accommodate larger group pics. Set up and tear down do not count against your four hour session. Additional hours are available at $100.00/per. Please add $50.00 per hour for any downtime, such as a break for dinner. Memory books are also available at $35.00.

The Stewart Family Farm is an outdoor wedding venue, located in Harrisburg, Oregon (near Eugene and Corvallis). Our woodland setting features an English-style rose garden, pergola and charming tree house set among spacious lawns with maples, evergreens and old-growth oak trees. There are several areas to choose from for your ceremony and reception, all within sight of a peaceful stream. The venue rental includes white garden chairs, tables, and linens for 250 guests -with space for up to 400- and is available from the end of May through September, weather permitting. We also have a large tent (30’x50’) with a permanent floor and cottage restrooms (flushing, running water) with dressing rooms for your convenience. Sugarplum Bakery (on-site, licensed) is offering traditional wedding cakes at competitive prices. Stewart Brothers BBQ is our in-house caterer. Information about both these services is included in the free packet given each prospective bride and groom when touring the Farm. We would love to show you around the Farm!
