Full research, recommendation and site/visitation coordination of venues and vendors Scheduling of all meetings with venues and vendors Attendance of all meetings when given a minimum notice of one week (7 days) Wedding scheme guidance: color scheme, floral, layout, catering, schedule, etc. Wedding rehearsal and dinner coordination Coordination of any additional events leading up to week of wedding: Bonfire, Welcome Dinner, Post-Morning Brunch, etc. Assistance with Transportation & Accommodation Information for out-of-town guests Delivery of welcome baskets to guest accommodations Help with invitations, response cards, floor chart, and place cards Coordinate and attend final walk-thru of venue and any additional final meetings with vendors Review copies of all contracts to clarify and confirm all vendor obligations Detailed timeline and contact list for clients & their selected vendors, including payment schedules Decor assistance: floor plan, set up, lighting, place cards, tending to all personal details Coordinate and attend the Rehearsal the day/night before Attend to Wedding Party and immediate family needs throughout the Wedding Day Assist with seating, guestbook signing, and communication to all guests throughout the event Ensure all pertinent attendees of the Ceremony are at venue and/or are seated prior to start of Ceremony (parents, grandparents, extended family etc.) Wedding Party coordination: timeline, photos, cues, introductions, etc. Confirm all ceremony items and décor are accounted for and moved from ceremony to reception site (repurposed if needed) Confirm timeline and cues with all vendors 2 weeks prior to the Wedding Day Monitor and give cues for important events throughout the evening (first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.) Transport gifts, cards and personal items on behalf of the Bride & Groom Tend to venue, post celebration, ensuring it is cleaned according to contract Distribute final payments & gratuity to vendors on behalf of Bride & Groom (optional)
