All of our engagements with clients are custom and unique. We supply beach and non-beach wedding ceremonies and decor as well as full reception and other planning. The price ranges based on what services you need, etc.

Email and telephone support start once our services have been contracted. 1 One Hour face to face consultation each month before the wedding date and 1 face to face consultation one week prior to the wedding date. Offer Wedding etiquette and protocol. Detailed wedding task list monthly. (This detail task list provides you with the due dates of items that are due all the way through your Big Day.) Detailed interactive wedding collaboration organizer software. Assist client with creating as well as design theme and color scheme for their Big Day. Gather and review all contracts. Schedule meetings with each vendor. Attend all meetings with vendors via face to face or conference call. Communicate with vendors as needed (To express any concerns, follow-up, etc…) Schedule Bridal Gown Selection. Schedule Tuxedo Fitting for Groom. Disburse payments to vendors if needed. Track clients budget for event. Assist with wording selection for invitations. Arrange and maintain hotel accommodations for out-of-town guest. Receive and Maintain all RSVP.
