Book Your Event- To tentatively reserve the grounds for a wedding ceremony, please call or e-mail. A Fee of $500.00 is required in order to book this amenity. The tentative date and time will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of the $500 rental fee and signed copy of the Policies and Procedures Contract. Final plans must be confirmed with event manager 10 days prior to the scheduled wedding ceremony Restricted items that are not permitted to be used at Events include, but are not limited to: sparklers, wax candles, confetti and scatters (including glitter) Portable music, DJ’s or bands are allowed within the terms of the Policies & Procedures Contract The site shall be used as is; without rearranging benches, plants or other materials Food and Beverage details are required 30 days prior, with payment of half the F&B minimum or proposal estimate Confirmation of the number of guests 7 days prior to your event. Rental fees reflect a maximum 5-hour period of time (including ceremony, if applicable), if time exceeds hourly charges will apply. All outside vendors must be approved by Events Director. Vendors may access the space up to 3 hours before your event –specific times will be coordinated for each event. This Magnolia package includes 8 hours on the farm for your special day, a bridal suite to dress in with air conditioning, shower and bath, kitchenette and huge porch. The Grooms cabin is located on the property at Cripple Creek. Parking is on site. The "Witness Tree" has over 10,000 lights in it and a 40x40 tent with lights, tables and chairs are included. Many photo opportunities as we are plant and flower crazy! We also have a PA system witch you can plug in your phone or MP3 to play music. The wedding arbor is wooden so you can decorate it any way you wish. You can also use any caterer you want.

This is your price for 0-200 guests, March-Nov Sundays. It includes all 12 acres, 12 hour rental of our Wedding Party House which has our Brides Suite, Grooms Lounge, full kitchen and living room. Then you will have your beautiful outdoor ceremony at our unique White Chapel Gazebo. Now the fun begins inside our heated/aired reception hall with our 12' granite bar and double beer tap system, our caterer's prep kitchen and raised stage all setup to provide you with a night to remember! Our current pricing for a wedding reception in the ball room for 7 hours (as of 1/6/17), setup through clean up. Everyone must be out and cleaned up no later than 1am. There is ample parking. Price includes a bartender and a maintenance person on staff. There is a list of pre-approved caterers that you can choose from. Pricing is for Friday, Saturday and Sunday receptions a discount is offered Monday to Thursday. Additional hours are $100 per hour. You can use the gazebo for photos at no charge. Ceremonies on the gazebo are $100 and include 30 chairs , additional chair are $2.50 each. You can use any bakery you'd like for cake. There are several hotels within 10 minutes of the venue. A $200 security deposit will hold your date, the rent is due a minimum of 60 days prior to your date. You are welcome to use any florist, band, DJ or decorator you'd like.

Capacity - 180 The 'window' for your celebration is 12:00 Noon to 12:00 midnight. A planned outdoor ceremony can easily ‘transition’ to an indoor wedding. The venue is NOT ‘Tied’ to other venders i.e. YOU choose your caterer. The Barn is an authentic historic barn – not a commercial reproduction. Most areas of the venue are handicap accessible. Wedding Receptions in the Barrel Room: Includes the barrel room for the entire day of the event, plus rental of the space for a groom’s dinner and decorating the night before. To rent out the barrel room the day before for decorating, there is a charge of $150. If the barrel room is rented out by another party the previous evening, decorating may begin any time the day of the event. Clean-up needs to occur that night (last song ends at 12am), unless there is no event scheduled the following day. If not, then clean-up may be done any time before 11am. Includes use and set-up of ceremony arch, 60” round tables (6 or 8 chairs), head tables (6 or 10 feet long), chairs, blue/black vinyl table linens, and candles. Center pieces are available on request. Use of round and long black table linens (not the vinyl) is priced at $6.49 per table. Includes sound system, heating/air conditioning, and use of the patio. Use of personal decorations is allowed. We have liability insurance. Space is handicapped accessible. Bridal Dressing Room available for $25 (has A/C and Heat); room must be cleaned after use, otherwise additional $25 will be added. A 40 x 80 white tent with sides is available for an $800 rental fee. Includes bartenders for both cash and open bar (up to three bars available for use). Reception prices listed below; for indoor or outdoor ceremony set-up and take-down, additional $200 is required. Free for parties under 25 people if during open hours, but the barrel-room will stay open to the public. Final number of guests must be given 2 weeks before date of event Minimum wine/beer purchase of $350 (can be from cash or open bar). Nonrefundable deposit of $100 required upon reservation; final amount due day before event. Catering from Pizzeria 201 or Lakeside Supper Club is recommended

A Creekside Affair is an award-winning wedding venue that offers Idaho couples a gorgeous wedding venue with convenient services and amenities for an affordable price. This outdoor wedding venue is located 10 miles outside of Caldwell and 45 minutes from Boise. It's serene, private and naturally scenic. The year-round creek on the west side of the property is what inspired the name 'A Creekside Affair.' Our 2 acre lake pond is accented with sparkling fountains, surrounded by cattails, trees and landscaping - perfect for stunning wedding photography! Photographers have a wide variety of scenery to capture beautiful images of your big day at this picturesque venue. They frequently ask to come back for other photo shoots. :) A Creekside Affair's island is what sets us apart - large enough for ceremonies of up to 150 guests, this is a way to have a unique ceremony surrounded by water and with your reception across the bridge on the mainland. The ceremony can also be held at a couple of different spots on the mainland. There is a brick and sandstone 20 foot by 30 foot fully lighted covered area (this works great for a dance floor!) with a full indoor bathroom attached plus a storage room, and electricity. Couples love the 10 foot tall cascading water feature as well! We're always improving the property! There are 10 beds total - 6 Queens and 4 singles, which sleep 16 people max. Pricing drops to $200 per room if all eight rooms are booked at the same time. Rooms are available to rent the night before and the night of your event. For an additional fee of $500 your caterer may use the “hot kitchen” to cook food on site with a deep fryer, 3 ovens, 12 gas burners, 1 large steak grill and 1 large griddle. We welcome your interest in Splendor Mountain. As a venue, we have lots of different special occasions taking place here throughout the year. This is the first time we are posting a package price for an all inclusive ceremony and reception dinner. We offer an 8 hour day for 50 special guests, for your wedding ceremony and reception, allowing time for decorating and a rehearsal. We set-up for your ceremony and reception. We will decorate, with our items and your items, along side you. Our cake is a buttercream cake. The wedding bouquet and boutonniere is your choice of seasonal flowers within a range of prices. We have a fine DJ who gets everyone on the dance floor and keeps the party moving along. Our venue coordinator is helpful with parking and keeping the numerous fireplaces lit. We can offer you a discount when you are working with a Day of Wedding Planner. We offer one night is our amazing Honeymoon suite after the reception. We have lodging on the premises available through Airbnb or a package upgrade, with benefits. This package comes with 15 years of experience by the owner in the business of happy brides. Splendor Mountain is open every day 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Our payment policy is 50% upon reserving the date and the remainder paid two months prior to the wedding.

Package includes 8 hours access, 72" tables and chairs set to specification, use of one additional small room for changing or other needs, free parking, free wifi, microphone with sound system. Travis Duke A and B (priced above) will seat up to 240 at round tables; A or B sides may be rented independently for less cost if numbers are fewer. Preferred caterer must be used. A side may be used for ceremony (up to 150 in theater style setup) with B side used for reception in banquet setup. 50% payment required to reserve room; final payment of balance due 1 month prior to event.

Our site fees start at $5,000 and go up to $10,000 depending on the number of your guests. We include use of the venue from 10am - 11 pm on your wedding day, ceremony site with altar and panoramic views of the Continental Divide, our beautiful 4,100 square foot tent with roll up sides and cathedral windows, tables and chairs, 120 yr old historic barn with saloon, luxury toilet trailer, lighted parking area and evergreen grove with game area, horseshoe pits and a sandbox for kids. The B Lazy 2 Ranch is set in a 12 acre meadow that has panoramic views of the Continental Divide providing for amazing photo opportunities. You will have access to the Ranch from 3-8pm the night before for decorating, rehearsing and welcome dinner. We also have a bridal suite and grooms cabin for the wedding parties to get ready for an additional fee. We partner with Peak Beverage for your alcohol service. They have packages that are all-inclusive or depending on your budget ones in which you provide the TIPS certified bartenders. We also have food caterers that we recommend and would be more than happy to connect you with. While we do not have lodging on-site, we partner with some lodging companies that are located just a few minutes from the Ranch. We can also put you in contact with shuttle services for your guests, florists, DJ's, bands and just about anything else you might need!
