Our current pricing for a wedding reception in the ball room for 7 hours (as of 1/6/17), setup through clean up. Everyone must be out and cleaned up no later than 1am. There is ample parking. Price includes a bartender and a maintenance person on staff. There is a list of pre-approved caterers that you can choose from. Pricing is for Friday, Saturday and Sunday receptions a discount is offered Monday to Thursday. Additional hours are $100 per hour. You can use the gazebo for photos at no charge. Ceremonies on the gazebo are $100 and include 30 chairs , additional chair are $2.50 each. You can use any bakery you'd like for cake. There are several hotels within 10 minutes of the venue. A $200 security deposit will hold your date, the rent is due a minimum of 60 days prior to your date. You are welcome to use any florist, band, DJ or decorator you'd like.

They frequently ask to come back for other photo shoots. :) A Creekside Affair's island is what sets us apart - large enough for ceremonies of up to 150 guests, this is a way to have a unique ceremony surrounded by water and with your reception across the bridge on the mainland. The ceremony can also be held at a couple of different spots on the mainland. The B Lazy 2 Ranch is set in a 12 acre meadow that has panoramic views of the Continental Divide providing for amazing photo opportunities. You will have access to the Ranch from 3-8pm the night before for decorating, rehearsing and welcome dinner. We also have a bridal suite and grooms cabin for the wedding parties to get ready for an additional fee. We partner with Peak Beverage for your alcohol service. They have packages that are all-inclusive or depending on your budget ones in which you provide the TIPS certified bartenders.
