4 Night weddings outside July/August - arrival/departure days can be flexible - Arrival 17.00 hrs - Departure 10.00 hrs The Domaine can sleep up to 29 guests in total. Extra accommodation can be sourced locally for numbers over this. Maximum of 70 guests for the wedding day. Spread over 8 hectares of land (80,000 m2) the venue consists of 4 renovated houses, plus an Orangerie, offering in total 14 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The ground floor of the Orangerie comprises a "function room" of 66m2 to seat 50, a terrace of 130m2 and a semi-professional kitchen. Price includes: The rental of the entire Domaine to accommodate up to 29 people and the exclusive use of the Domaine for the day of the wedding for a maximum of 70 guests (this should include the 29 guests staying at the property). Not included are: Pre or post wedding events including non-resident guests – extra charge may be applicable End of Stay Cleaning Fee - €480 euro Breakages Deposit - €3000 euro Hire of Marquees/cost of preparing the grounds (cost of preparing the grounds is currently €1500 euro) Catering/Tables/Chair Hire/Lighting/Music/ Flowers/Cake - information on local suppliers can be supplied on booking Photographer/Videographer Chapel Hire - The Owner may ask for a suitable donation Music (please note that due to local noise laws, music must be in moderation from midnight and the event must finish no later than 0100h) Wedding Planner - the owner is extremely helpful and can provide a certain amount of help when it comes to the organisation and providing details of local services, but the services of an independent wedding planner are strongly recommended - please contact us for details of some that we can suggest. Wedding Insurance - to include Public Liability/Overseas Wedding cover - many of our clients have used the services of John Lewis Wedding Insurance Payment for the rental of the property is based on 30% of the total rental on booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date. Payment can be made by bank to bank transfer in both euro or GB Sterling or debit/credit card. There is no service charge for UK debit card payments, but there is a service charge of 2.5% for credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) and 3.5% for AMEX. All payments done by card are carried out in GB Sterling. Please note all the above details may be subject to change, where possible advance notice will be given.

17th Century South of France Chateau with Private Pool in the Languedoc, sleeps up to 20 people. A minimum 3 night stay is possible please ask for details on cost. Please enquire about the supplement for exclusive use of the Chateau for a wedding. The extensive grounds of the Chateau have the most wonderful backdrop - 15 acres of landscaped garden with fields and woods, accessed by a tree lined drive, this lovely 17th century château has been entirely renovated and offers peace and tranquillity but with easy access to the South of France town of Pézenas only 2kms away. (One can easily transport our imagination back in time to an epoch of elegance and grandeur, when Moliere wrote his plays and troubadours roamed the Languedoc countryside...) Charming and tasteful renovations have been finished to a high standard, retaining character and tradition. The accommodation comprises 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms plus 3 large reception rooms and a stunning staircase, an old glass 'orangery', chapel and stables (no longer in use). In the mature park is the 13m x 5m x 1.1-2.5 heatable pool (extra cost) with pool-house/summer kitchen and wc, plus outside shower. The Orangery adjoins this Chateau The three Reception rooms, well equipped kitchen, living area, 'Music Room', lawned gardens and wooded paths offer all that is needed for that well deserved break from the rat race in the South of France You will also find a former pond and listed fountain in the grounds. The winding paths boarded by mature trees, provide shade in summer and total privacy (even seclusion if one is seeking it). The wonderful open lawn in front of the Château is ideal for hosting receptions, family celebrations, small weddings and other 'special events'. Please contact us for more details - a number of these have been successfully hosted over the last couple of years. The South of France Mediterranean beaches are only 20 minutes by car. This is a perfect location to explore the Languedoc region. For weddings The Chateau can take up to 200 people for a garden reception - i.e using the Orangerie with a marquee next to it, or just using one large marquee in the grounds -From May/June/beg July and September the owner keeps weekends free for weddings so arrival/departure day can be flexible with the wedding normally on the Saturday. Accommodation for weddings: 3 nights = 4950 euros 4 nights = 6590 euros Plus €5000 euros for hiring the Chateau for an event €600 for extra events (Brunch, pool party with more than 10 non residential guests). Heatable pool - strong pump 27C+/- extra cost of 200 euros These prices include the use of very well maintained park and grounds, parking area, terraces, basins & fountain, large pool with surround and sun beds and catering kitchen.
