This wedding package is for 25 guests and includes the following - - All legal paperwork assistance & wedding certificate - Transporation to the municiplaity for your official paperwork and legal ceremony (before your wedding day at the villa) with your wedding co ordinator - A UK Qualified celebrent to perform a personal wedding ceremony at the villa on your wedding day. - A bottle of bubbly on arrival - Decoration of villa for wedding day to include Arch, Registry Table, Aisle Runner, Lanterns, White Bows for chairs. - A music speaker (you must provide 3 songs on USB for ceremony) - Full day photographer & videographer with 50 photos in album - Bides Bouquet with local flowers in your colour scheme - 2 Bridesmaid Posey - 4 Buttonaires - 2 Flower Corsage - 2 Tier Wedding Cake (You must provide cake topper) - Cyprus Tradtional Bus to transport guests to the villa(38 seater) - DJ 4 hour set - Cyprus Dancers 1 hr set - Mr & Mrs Lights - Cyprus BBQ Buffet to include live cooking for 25 persons - 5 hr All Inclusive bar to include local beer, wines (red,rose&white), local spirits & soft drinks for 25 persons Any extras you require we can provide and advsie you. We must receive all copies of your legal paperwork before you arrive in Cyprus for verifying with the municiplaity. On arrival in Cyprus all original paperwork must be shown to your wedding co ordinator at your pre wedding meeting. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of wedding. IMPORTANT Please note Legal ceremonies are NOT allowed to take place at the villa. Your legal ceremony of signing paperwork, exchange of vows (No music or rings) will take place at the municiplaity before your wedding day at the villa. On your wedding day at the villa a personal ceremony will be held by a Celebrent, most guests will not realise that this is not a legal ceremony. IMPORTANT To hold your wedding at the villa there is a 7 day minimum rental policy and a wedding surcharge. Our Package does not include rental price of villa or surcharge. Musical accompaniment of the marriage ceremony. Alternative option in case of earlier registration in Russia: Ceremonial wish of seven feet of water under the keel of family ship from the crew. After registration – let fly of a couple of white pigeons Church marriage ceremony (optional); transfer from the ship to the ceremony venue (by car, microbus) Wedding photo shoot in the town, sightseeing Return to the ship (transfer) Welcome of a newly-married couple by the Captain, congratulations; Wedding photo shoot on board; Tour around the ship (optional), excursion to the Captains Bridge, introduction of the ship, tour to the engine room and the cook galley.
