There are 10 beds total - 6 Queens and 4 singles, which sleep 16 people max. Pricing drops to $200 per room if all eight rooms are booked at the same time. For an additional fee of $500 your caterer may use the “hot kitchen” to cook food on site with a deep fryer, 3 ovens, 12 gas burners, 1 large steak grill and 1 large griddle.
