This is an inclusive package for $45.00 per person. The package includes the venue rental, food from a choice of caterers including one appetizer and a 2 entree buffet with sides, salad and rolls, your table linen, chair covers, use of 2 decor closet with hundreds of items (flowers and candles are not included), dishes and glassware, and staffing for a five hour event. Ceremonies are additional for $300.00, inside or on our patio. Alcohol is additional but we do carry a fully stocked bar for your convenience. Cake, photographer, DJ and officiate are not included. Overnight accommodations at this 14-room country inn is available on a daily basis. Exclusive bookings are available from the last week in May through the end of September 2017. There is a two-night minimum in July and August; one night at all other times. The flat per diem rate includes luxury accommodations for up to 45 guests, a sumptuous continental breakfast buffet for your entire party and daily housekeeping. Small, elegant catered receptions in our private dining room can be arranged. 2017 Buy-Out Flat Per Diem Rates • $5,000 in May/June and September • $5,500 in July and August • For events requiring more than our 14 rooms and suites, The Algonquin Hotel is just four blocks away to handle overflow. First Deposit: a single payer non-refundable 25% of the total per diem rate plus tax is due on booking to hold the rooms and suites. Second Deposit: a second non-refundable 25% of the total per diem rate plus tax is due on January 1, 2017 Balance Deposit: the final non-refundable 50% deposit of the total per diem rate plust tax is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. Check out: Extra charges incurred plus 10% service charge on the total bill will be settled at check-out. Cancellation: Each deposit is non-refundable. Once each of the non-refundable payments have been paid, no refunds in whole or in part can be made regardless of the reason for cancellation, non-arrival or early departure.
