Rate is based on a minimum of 25 passengers but vessel can accommodate up to 49 comfortably (which is additional). We include light hors d oeuvres & open bar for 1 1/2 hours. Other packages are available upon request. We can provide transportation, photographers, catering, florists, ministers, steel pan & more. We have speakers on deck and in the cockpit (large enough for dancing) with a variety of musical selections but are happy to use playlists that wedding party brings. Contract with 50% deposit is required.

Reception Hall Capacity: 140 for a formal seated dinner and up to 225 for a stand up reception. Please contact any of our four approved caterers for menus, pricing and availability. Additional cost for ceremony starts at $100+hst. You will have to hire your own officiant to perform the service. We do not provide any accommodations. Flowers, decor, musical equipment, DJ or cake are not provided. You are welcome to choose any outside professional for these services. To confirm a booking we would require a deposit of 50% of the rental rate (or 100% if during our peak months of June-September or December) as well as a Booking Information Sheet completed and signed.

We are able to offer this wedding at any time on any day except public holidays. The Popeye can fit up to 50 guests seated or 60 standing. You can have both your ceremony and reception on board! Local food is available within this price: cheese platters, meatball (or veganball) platters and fruit platters as well as one local beverage per guest. A more extensive menu is available at a higher cost. Local music duo is also included in the price and there a facilities for iPod or other audio devices. The Popeye has a built in lighting rig that can bet set to colours themed for your wedding. A floral shell bouquet is included as are the decorations from the pictures added! Really the only things you need to worry about is your celebrant, cake and photographer which we have a list and special prices for selected other businesses!
