Wedding ceremonies can take place anytime from 10:00am to 2:30pm on Saturdays (there is more flexibility on Friday and Sundays). The rental cost plus a $250 Langer Society membership, which is required to rent space at MMoCA. Please note: there is a discount available for ceremonies held Sun-Thursday, or outside of the peak wedding season (November-April). Ceremony rentals are for events lasting up to 2 hours (not including time for set-up), so many couples choose to have a cocktail hour or champagne toast following the ceremony. Chairs are $3 each and rented separately, through fresco, and fresco can also assist with other equipment rental needs (such as tables, linens, AV equipment, etc). Fresco is also your contact for beverage options if you decide upon a cocktail hour or champagne toast. MMoCA can accommodate up to 230 guests for a ceremony and we never take on more than one wedding or major event at a time. We pride ourselves on the flexibility this offers for you to craft exactly the unique experience you want. This also makes switching spaces for less than ideal weather incredibly easy. Our lecture hall is automatically held as a backup in case of inclement weather. Renting space at MMoCA is one of the many benefits offered to museum members. Other perks include invitations to special exhibition previews, discounts at the museum store and at foodfight restaurants, and free admission to museums around the country.

The $30 price is per person. We provide food, drinks and service for rehearsal dinners or small reception weddings. We are open 7 days a week from 11:30am to 11:00pm. Our venue capacity is up to 80 people. The hall is located on the second floor and has a balcony for smoking. Our package includes unlimited non alcoholic beverages, sangria (red and white), DonQ rum drinks, a variety of appetizers (argentinian sausage, empanadas, palistrokes, chorizos al vino), one main entree per person (pizza, pasta or steak) and dessert (flan or choco cake) The price includes the venue, the service, the taxes and the gratuity. Reservations must be made with a week in advance and cancellations at least three days before the event date. The total can be paid in advance or the day of the event with credit card, cash or check. Th­ese prices are for hir­ing the whole Manor House for 1 day. This fee includes up to 40 guests at your event and 5 bedrooms accommodating 10 guests for an overnight stay. If you re­quire an ex­ten­sion to th­ese times we are hap­py to dis­cuss this with you. The Clos Mira­bel Es­tate of­fers a mul­ti­tude of pos­si­bil­i­ties and com­bi­na­tions for overnight stays. We are able to ac­com­mo­date up to 35 guests and can pro­vide a range of op­tions in line with your needs and the num­ber of guests.

Please note: this venue is dry - no alcohol permitted. This package is for the venue hire only – other requirements by negotiation. Come and visit and speak with the event manager so we can show you what we can do. Opening hours: 9-5 M-F, with all other hours negotiable - including time to set up room/s and for rehearsal. Auditorium- seats up to 700. Cost includes tech support in the auditorium during rehearsal and ceremony. Function Hall - seats 180 for sit down meal, 200-220 for buffet style. Rec Room - seats 350 for sit down meal, 400-450 for buffet style. Our venue has excellent sound systems with the cost included in the venue hire. The cost quoted includes cleaning up after the wedding, but flowers, set up and decorations are the responsibility of the family/s. A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining 80% of the hire fee is to be paid 7 days prior to the event. Cancellation with less than 3 months’ notice forfeits the 20% deposit. Hirer to sign hire document and adhere to conditions of hire. Extras: Celebrant available- $550 extra (incl. GST). A DJ can be provided. Cost negotiable. We use a number of caterers, providing table service (2, 3 or 4 courses) or buffet. Costs range between $35 pp (buffet) to $120 pp (table service). Catering requirements must be negotiated and formal quotation can be provided once requirements are outlined to the event manager. Cake is not provided in the cost, but we can arrange a cake if required. Cost negotiable. We are unable to provide accommodation on site, but can negotiate on the couple's behalf for accommodation next door (Caravan Park) or motel (approx. 1km away).

All season from 11:00AM to 11:00PM Our Main Dining room can fit comfortably 60 people. On cold days, we have a wood burning fireplace going.
