All that is required to hold the date is a $250 deposit. A typical wedding of approximately 100-200 guests is $825 + $5 a head. This covers setup and tear down of tables and chairs, table linens, and napkins (basic colors), staging for head table & basic lighting, prep kitchen access, garbage service, and staffing for your event. Additional options include day before decorating, exclusive access, hanging decorations as well as a staffed cash or open bar (beer and wine). The Dahl offers you the blank canvas to create your own love story as well as the flexibility to choose your own caterer and DJ. I find most couples are happy to know that we are a nonprofit and all money goes to support local arts programming for children, teens, and adults. As a nonprofit we are at the lower end of the pricing for the area and we typically have 15 or less weddings a year, ensuring personal attention and a customizable event.

The Stewart Family Farm is an outdoor wedding venue, located in Harrisburg, Oregon (near Eugene and Corvallis). Our woodland setting features an English-style rose garden, pergola and charming tree house set among spacious lawns with maples, evergreens and old-growth oak trees. There are several areas to choose from for your ceremony and reception, all within sight of a peaceful stream. The venue rental includes white garden chairs, tables, and linens for 250 guests -with space for up to 400- and is available from the end of May through September, weather permitting. We also have a large tent (30’x50’) with a permanent floor and cottage restrooms (flushing, running water) with dressing rooms for your convenience. Sugarplum Bakery (on-site, licensed) is offering traditional wedding cakes at competitive prices. Stewart Brothers BBQ is our in-house caterer. The most popular room for receptions at NW Events is our Main Auditorium. On a Saturday this room has a minimum that you must reach. You can reach this minimum by adding on any of our in-venue services, so it's kind of like creating your own package! You can choose from any of our items and services to reach the minimum. It is completely customizable. Common items added on are: ceiling decor, linens, centerpieces, sound system, catering, and bar. We are also able to provide a wedding cake, a DJ, a limo, candy bar, and can custom build items (picnic tables, moveable walls, structures, etc). The space is yours for the entire day, though the event period itself is 8 hours. Most couples choose to go from 4pm-12am and come in at 9am to set-up and have an hour after the event to tear down. A 50% deposit of the room fee is required to reserve the date and the room and the rest of the balance is due 30 days before the event date. *The Main Auditorium can hold anywhere from 250-500 guests*

You can also see our video at Mayhurst has hosted 124 weddings (including Rehearsal Dinners, Ceremonies and Receptions) ranging from 10 to 300 people. We have multiple venues on Mayhurst for virtually any size, or type, of ceremony and reception. Normally the bride and groom, or the bride’s family, lease the entire Mayhurst Plantation (37 acres), the Manor House (9000 Sq Ft), including all 8 guest rooms and common areas, for their rehearsal dinner and/or ceremony and reception, from 2:00 PM Friday to 12:00 Noon Sunday. Brides and Grooms normally have family and bridal party stay at Mayhurst for the two nights. Our prices include a Site Fee, starting at $1500.00 ($1579.50 including all taxes), plus the cost of all the rooms ($3267.93 including all taxes) on Friday and Saturday. With 8 guest rooms/suites we can accommodate up to 20 people for overnight stays. Some Brides, or their families, have some or most members of the wedding party that are staying at Mayhurst pay for their own room, which obviously lowers the cost for you. If you are planning on having guests and/or members of the wedding party who are from out of town, then they will have to have lodging somewhere and you will find that our room costs for 16 room nights (Friday and Saturday) is comparable with nearby hotels and other B&Bs. The "weekend" option also provides you with the opportunity to use Mayhurst as your base and to spend more time with the members of the wedding party and family who are either staying at Mayhurst or at other local B&Bs or hotels. Additionally, because you have Mayhurst for the entire weekend, there are no time constraints on how long the "parties" last on Friday and Saturday nights. A full breakfast, for all those staying at Mayhurst, is served both Saturday and Sunday morning and is included in the room cost. All meals/events at Mayhurst (except Breakfast) are catered – either by professional caterers or your family and friends. Caterers usually use our kitchen, which has 3 ovens, 6 surface burners, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer and extensive counter space, for final prep and warming - not for the entire preparation of the meal(s). We provide the Brides and Grooms who book their wedding and reception with us with a wedding planning document that includes helpful hints, ways to reduce costs, contacts that may be useful, and a list of recommended caterers and all other vendors you might need, including; cakes, tents, tables, chairs, china, glassware and linens, florists, musicians and DJs, photographers, horse and carriage providers, other places for guests to stay (10 other B&Bs and 2 Motels all within 15 miles of Mayhurst), and much more. While you may use any caterer or any other vendor that you want, our list consists of only those vendors who have successfully participated in at least two weddings or events at Mayhurst. In many cases the Bride and Groom have Mayhurst do the coordination and/or contracting with many of the vendors you might need - e.g., Tent, Lights, Tables, Chairs, China, Silverware, Glassware, Linens, etc., while the bride concentrates on vendors like caterers, musicians, florists, and photographers. There is no additional charge for this coordination, nor do we get "kickbacks" from any vendor. The best price they offer us is what you get. We can, of course, put together any type of package you want, but would need to talk to you about your specific requirements. Without knowing a great many details about your plans it is virtually impossible to give you an estimated price for either a Rehearsal Dinner or Reception since seemingly simple things like choice of flowers, photographer, DJ or band, china, tables, chair type, linens, center pieces, tent, lighting etc. can vary the price significantly. Additionally, the number of guests, the type, quantity and variety of food and service options for Rehearsal Dinners and/or Receptions are almost unlimited. You should note however, that the quality of catering and other vendor services in and around Orange is equal to, or better than, similar services found in Northern Virginia, the Richmond area, or Charlottesville, while the cost is significantly less. The best way for you to determine if Mayhurst meets your needs for your special day is to visit Mayhurst. The best time to visit us would be between 12:00 AM and 4:00 PM so that we could spend time with you and so you could view some guest rooms and our property. This Magnolia package includes 8 hours on the farm for your special day, a bridal suite to dress in with air conditioning, shower and bath, kitchenette and huge porch. The Grooms cabin is located on the property at Cripple Creek. Parking is on site. The "Witness Tree" has over 10,000 lights in it and a 40x40 tent with lights, tables and chairs are included. Many photo opportunities as we are plant and flower crazy! We also have a PA system witch you can plug in your phone or MP3 to play music. The wedding arbor is wooden so you can decorate it any way you wish. You can also use any caterer you want.

Our current pricing for a wedding reception in the ball room for 7 hours (as of 1/6/17), setup through clean up. Everyone must be out and cleaned up no later than 1am. There is ample parking. Price includes a bartender and a maintenance person on staff. There is a list of pre-approved caterers that you can choose from. Pricing is for Friday, Saturday and Sunday receptions a discount is offered Monday to Thursday. Additional hours are $100 per hour. You can use the gazebo for photos at no charge. Ceremonies on the gazebo are $100 and include 30 chairs , additional chair are $2.50 each. You can use any bakery you'd like for cake. There are several hotels within 10 minutes of the venue. A $200 security deposit will hold your date, the rent is due a minimum of 60 days prior to your date. You are welcome to use any florist, band, DJ or decorator you'd like.

Capacity - 180 The 'window' for your celebration is 12:00 Noon to 12:00 midnight. A planned outdoor ceremony can easily ‘transition’ to an indoor wedding. A Creekside Affair is an award-winning wedding venue that offers Idaho couples a gorgeous wedding venue with convenient services and amenities for an affordable price. This outdoor wedding venue is located 10 miles outside of Caldwell and 45 minutes from Boise. It's serene, private and naturally scenic. The year-round creek on the west side of the property is what inspired the name 'A Creekside Affair.' Our 2 acre lake pond is accented with sparkling fountains, surrounded by cattails, trees and landscaping - perfect for stunning wedding photography! Photographers have a wide variety of scenery to capture beautiful images of your big day at this picturesque venue. They frequently ask to come back for other photo shoots. :) A Creekside Affair's island is what sets us apart - large enough for ceremonies of up to 150 guests, this is a way to have a unique ceremony surrounded by water and with your reception across the bridge on the mainland. The ceremony can also be held at a couple of different spots on the mainland.
