Hi! my name is Liz and I would love to first have a meeting in person or by Skype with you so you can decide if I’m the right Celebrant for you. This is how I work: Once you decide to have me as your Celebrant and the deposit is made we will meet in person or by Skype to plan your ceremony. I will send you a Wedding Resource Kit this contains all the information you need to prepare for this meeting. We will discuss the details of the Ceremony, your ideas and thoughts on love and marriage and your unique story as a couple. I will then write a ceremony that is personal and meaningful for you and email this to you. You can then email me as many times as is necessary until you are completely happy with your Ceremony. Closer to your wedding we will have another meeting to finalize the ceremony and then we will meet again for the rehearsal the day before the wedding or whenever it suits you on that week. Includes a custom ceremony with in-person, Skype or phone meetings for planning. Officiant-led rehearsals on a day other than the wedding day are an additional $100. There is also a flat-rate fee for travel outside the Twin Cities metro area. Premarital Education is available for $300. Completion entitles the couple to a reduced fee on their Minnesota marriage license.

Free Consultation, custom ceremony, legal processing of the marriage license and attending the rehearsal (when applicable). Wedding must be located in Santa Clarita. Additional fee for locations outside of Santa Clarita.

My professional service fee includes: Solemnisation of marriage Unique ceremony created to reflect your personality and story Two face to face meetings Submission of form 15, Certificate of Marriage Lodgement of documents with Births, Deaths and Marriages Relationship education information Provision on standard audio equipment (can play your selected recorded music) Registry table and chairs, table cloth and pen There are no hidden fees and no number of guests is too small or too large. A deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking and the balance 2 weeks prior to the wedding ceremony.

That includes all our pre wedding appointments and contact, the ceremony on the day and the certificate you receive on the day. I then regulate the marriage and you can apply for a certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages after that. My celebrant services are available across NSW

Wedding Ceremony Contract Price for ceremonies on Friday, Saturday & Sunday $100.00 for ceremonies Monday-Thursday I/we, the undersigned, recognize that I/we are hiring the services of Miguel Carrasco, an ordained wedding minister authorized to perform the rite of marriage in the State of Utah on , 2016, starting at a.m. / p.m. at (venue) in , Utah. I/we hereby hire Miguel Carrasco to write and perform our wedding ceremony on the indicated date above. I/we, agree to pay at time of booking, as a non-refundable retainer. I/we realize that payments on my final balance can be made at any time, however; I/we also understand that the entire balance must be paid no later than the wedding date. Upon signature and receipt of deposit, Miguel Carrasco will reserve the time and date agreed upon, by signing the completed contract. I/we further understand that the contracted fee above is based on the wedding ceremony ending one (1) hour from the stated start time in this contract. Should the wedding start late due to no fault of Miguel Carrasco and not end within an hour of the contracted start time additional fees will be billed at $50.00 per quarter hour. I/we understand that Miguel Carrasco will maintain the original copy of this contract and that I will receive a copy for my files. LEGALITY OF MARRIAGE I/we also understand that it is my/our responsibility to possess a valid marriage license in the state of Utah and that the marriage license must be on the premises when the ceremony is performed. I/we understand that failure to have these legal documents means that Miguel Carrasco cannot legally perform the ceremony and is not obligated to do so, regardless of the inconvenience it may cause. REFUND POLICY I/we acknowledge that the amount that was paid as a retainer is non-refundable. However, if Miguel Carrasco cancels, we will receive a 100% refund on all payments made. I/we also understand that 75% of the work Miguel Carrasco dedicates to our wedding is prior to the actual wedding date, such as the planning, consultations, custom writing of the ceremony script etc. Therefore, I/we understand that if we cancel our wedding after Miguel Carrasco has completed their initial consultation with us (in person, via phone, or via email), and if a draft of our wedding ceremony has already been presented to us, we agree to pay 75% of the total amount of this contract. Both conditions must be met by Miguel Carrasco to be entitled to this payment. For cancellations within 14 days of the wedding date, there is no refund, and 100% of this contract will due to Miguel Carrasco. WEDDING DATE CHANGE If the wedding date is postponed or changed, the following rules will apply. If Miguel Carrasco has the new date available; the date will simply be changed and reserved under the new date. However, if Miguel Carrasco is already obligated on the new date, and is unable to officiate your wedding, then the initial security retainer of Half (1/2) is forfeited and Miguel Carrasco is relieved of all responsibilities set forth in this contract. Six Easy Steps to creating your Wedding Ceremony: Step 1: First Consultation (free of charge) Call Carol Shepherd, Celebrant on 0413 141 521 and have a chat (or e-mail) and perhaps make an appointment for a complimentary first consultation. At this stage you need make no commitment for a future booking, it’s an opportunity for you to get to know me, and to browse through the pre-written ceremonies on offer. Step 2: Legal Documentation (NOIM) When you are ready to proceed we complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (see Marriage Legalities page for more information) and formally book your wedding date into my celebrant diary. It is at this stage that a deposit is required. Step 3: Choose your wedding ceremony. Traditional Beach Contemporary Garden Intimate Each ceremony is complete with vows and if you wish it can be used just as it is… Step 4: Ceremony Variations After choosing your ceremony style, if you would like to personalise it, you are then invited to select alternative vows and ring exchanges. I will provide guidance for the legal requirements should you wish to write your own vows. You may also wish to include some beautiful rituals such as a warming of the rings, candle ceremony, romantic time capsule (pictured above) or handfasting. Perhaps you have your own ideas or cultural additions: Your personal ceremony suggestions are welcomed. Step 5: Rehearsal or Final Meeting Should you wish, a wedding ceremony rehearsal is included in the fees, it’s an opportunity for me to help you both smooth out any nerves and provides a sense of confidence for your Wedding Day. A rehearsal is optional and some couples are happy just to meet and go over the ceremony together. At this final meeting we will also attend to final paperwork, ready for your marriage. Step 6: Your Wedding Day I will be delighted to officiate as your wedding celebrant at your Marriage Ceremony with the greatest of pleasure and finally attend to all legal requirements as set out by the Attorney General.
