This package is primarily documentary in nature and black & white with a focus on story, moments and emotions that will remain timeless and fresh now and when your grandchildren look through your album! The duration for this style of wedding package is 6 hours of continuous coverage. Extra hours may be added at $150/hour Canadian. This package includes professional photo editing, online hosting in a private gallery and one fine art giclée print. Payment is 50% at time of booking and the balance on the day of the wedding. Payment may be made in cash or e-transfer. All payments will be subject to sales tax. Addition services: 1. Second photographer ($450 for 8 hours with and additional $50 per hour after eight hours). 2. Albums and prints are extra and can be discussed at the time the wedding photography contract is signed. There is no pressure or obligation for these items. 3. Extra hours of coverage is $150/hour continuous.

Church & Reception package includes: 5 piece band composed of - Trio vocals ( 2 female and 1 male) - Keyboardist - Guitarist - Percussionist (Yamaha DD-65 Digital Drums) - Transportation Expense for Tagaytay and select NCR venues (outside these areas please contact us to check if your venue is covered) - One (1) production meeting prior to wedding / event. This package provides accomodation for up to 12 people in our 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom Homestead for the Monday - Friday nights before your wedding and up to 3 days afterwards. This allows you plenty of time to co-ordinate all the arrangements in a peaceful environment. You can tailor a wedding and reception to your exact specifications using Galwiji Homestead as the perfect blank canvas. The price quoted is for a wedding of 50 guests. If your party is 100 guests, your total would be $2500, 150 guests: $3000 and 200 guests: $3500. Galwiji Homestead is set in rolling farmlands and is more than 1km from neighbours in any direction, so there is no effectively no curfew. However, it's close enough to Ballarat for you to be able to source all of your supplies - just 9 minutes to the supermarket at Buninyong, 15 minutes to Sovereign Hill and 20 minutes to the main street (Sturt St.) of Ballarat. The Homestead is set in a delightful rambling country garden and many bridal parties have selected flowers etc. from it for their bouquets. You are most welcome to take advantage of this beautiful natural resource. We have parking for 100 cars in the surrounding paddocks, so a wedding of up to 200 is no problem. The Homestead has an extremely functional well-stocked kitchen which your caterers will love. We have a specially built raised level platform, large enough for a 30m x 15m marquee (200 guests). Once it's set up, you can walk directly from the Homestead 15 metres down the garden path, through the rose arches and into your marquee. In the event of inclement weather, the 9m x 7m games room at Galwiji provides a valuable undercover backup, and has already hosted parties of up to 100. From the terms and conditions on our website, the most discussed ones are: Galwiji is a non-smoking venue at all times and there are extremely strict fire conditions at certain times of the year, which must be adhered to. Galwiji is also a pet-free zone, as sheep don't mix with pets and some of our guests have allergies. If your wedding is scheduled during a designated fire danger period, an additional payment of $200 may apply so that the CFA can station a truck nearby.
