Payment terms and conditions:
10% deposit is required at confirmation of the basic package;
30% deposit is required at confirmation of all additional services;
from 30% to 50% are required 45 days prior to the wedding day.
the remaining amount is payable within 15 calendar days prior to the event by wire transfer or directly on arrival in Italy in cash (subject to prior agreement of both parties).
We accept the following payment methods / money transfer systems:

Western Union;
cash.
Please, note all commissions for money transfer must be completely covered by the sender.
Cancellation Policy:
10% deposit will be kept by our company in the case of cancellation of the package up to the prepayment of 30% deposit.
In the case of partial or complete cancellation of the services after the payment of the deposit and 45 days prior wedding day, we keep the amount of actual costs incurred at the time of cancelled services.
In the case of partial or complete cancellation of the services from 45 to 15 days prior wedding day, we keep all the deposit.
In the case of partial or complete cancellation of the services from 15 days prior wedding day up to the wedding day or in the case of “no show”, the total amount will be kept as a penalty.
