All of my weddings are 100% custom. All meetings/Skype calls and rituals are included (hand fasting, candle lighting, ring warming, etc.) as well as an in-area rehearsal on any day/night I am not already booked, and the price does not increase no matter how big your guest list may get. You get to choose the book the ceremony is written in, and you get to tell me what to wear to suit your theme (if you have one). This is a pre-written ceremony where I insert your names. It comes with vows, but you're welcome to write your own. You can read the text of the pre-written ceremony I'm happy to meet with you ahead of time, though it's certainly not required. The fee doesn't include travel outside of Chittenden County, or the rehearsal, which is something we can chat about in person. In fact, if you designate someone to hand me both when I arrive, then I don't have to go chasing you down for them afterwards!

Hamilton County Courthouse Special A discounted rate for the couple just wanting a simple ceremony to get married at the Courthouse and get their marriage certificate the same day. Available for short-notice elopements. Prepayment required. Please note that ceremonies are not permitted inside the building, and must be performed on the Courthouse lawn (so be sure to bring umbrellas in case of rain!). Recommend having less than 10 guests.

I can work with all sizes of ceremony from about 30 up to the larger of weddings, with perhaps 200 or more guests. Includes initial consultation, all email, phone calls, an hour for a rehearsal at the venue, and the ceremony itself. I will also file the license after the ceremony with the County Clerk. Candi of Weddings by Candi will perform your ceremony of any size and anywhere allowed in the state of Texas. I work for you, so when you hire me, I have a questionnaire either you fill out online, in person or over the phone. I use those questions to write your ceremony. I am one of the few officiants that allow you to choose whether I hold a Bible, my iPad, paper, or a plain black book during the ceremony (most others hold a binder or iPad without preference to what you want). I also allow you to choose my attire for the day (in the questionnaire). Your ceremony is written, emailed to you for approval or changes, and keeps going that way until you say it is perfect. Then and only then do I stop. I contact you through your preferred method the week of the wedding just to check in. I arrive at the rehearsal (if needed) at least 10 minutes early. I arrive at the ceremony at least 30 minutes early to obtain the license and see if either of you have any last minute questions or changes. After the ceremony, the license is signed and I say my goodbyes (unless I have been invited by the couple to stay). The following business day, I go to the post office to mail off your license for you.

I will provide several ceremonies to the couple along with many vow options. I will also provide several unity ceremonies. I will work with the couple to make sure it is the ceremony that they want. I will file all necessary paperwork for the couple after the ceremony to confirm the marriage. If I am required at the rehearsal, there will be an additional $50.00 fee. Quote is good for 7 days. A$75.00 deposit is required to book the date.

I will meet with you prior to the signing of the contract. This is a free in-person meeting bofor us to learn about one another. If you are out of the area, we can use Skype or Facetime, or if you are comfortable, a phone call. This helps me to learn what kind of ceremony you want, whether it be completely secular or some religious aspects. I can also provide some ideas to get you started thinking about your ceremony. I will coordinate and attend the rehearsal I will work with you and your bridal party with coordination of the ceremony specifics such as where to stand, how the bridal party will walk up the aisle, and seating of guests so everyone knows what is expected. Please note, travel fees may apply. I will work with you to create a custom ceremony from wording, to vows, to enhancements. We can incorporate items you want and I can also make suggestions. Poems, readings (secular or religious), blessings, and unity ceremonies are some things to think about. Once the contract is signed, I provide you with examples to use to build a ceremony that reflects you. We use this to build a ceremony that is personalized for you. I will meet with you in-person for an hour long consultation as it gets close to the wedding. This means you get 2 in-person meetings with me. This is something I do since I want to get to know you both and also use this time to answer questions you may have. This will help me to help you finalize the ceremony coordination as listed below. This is in addition to the initial consultation where we meet prior to signing the contract. If you are out of the area, we can use Skype or Facetime. I will work with you to coordinate the entire ceremony. When we meet close to the wedding, we will go over your ceremony from start to finish. This includes a timeline, assistance with music selection, how to seat your guests, honoring your parents, the order of your processional, who sits wear, the specifics of the ceremony, unity ceremony (if included), who gives the rings, and the recessional. I also arrive at least 1/2 hour before the ceremony to make sure I touch base with your photographer, venue contact, and DJ so that everyone is on the same page. Can provide sound system I have a small cordless PA sound system with a lapel microphone that I have used for weddings big and small. It works great for outdoor or indoor locations. I also have a speaker that can connect with an IPod, IPad, or phone for music. This is an additional fee, especially if I need someone to control the speaker. I will file the marriage license with county after the ceremony. I will also provide information on how you apply for the license and answer any questions about applying to the best of my ability. I offer Christian and non-religious ceremonies that can be tailored to fit your unique flavor. My services include the marriage ceremony as well as the necessary paperwork to file your marriage with the State of Hawaii. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

My ceremony fee — this includes everything (creation of personalized ceremony, revisions, meetings, processing of license paperwork that you obtain from the county, etc.). If you need me to attend a rehearsal, the fee for that is $100. Parking or travel fees may also apply, depending on your venue location (I am in Evanston). No fees for meetings or calls, and I buy my own coffee if we decide to get together! No deposit -- payment due before the ceremony on the day of your wedding, cash or check are fine. If you prefer to pay ahead of time, that's great -- I can send various no fee options for that too.
