This package is suitable for clients looking to hire our DJ a& MC for the evening. The DJ and MC will work closely together through the evening alongside your venue functions manager to ensure the proceedings go as planned. The duration of this package is for your entire evening from start to finish. Whether you start your wedding at 6pm or 7pm or day wedding for that matter, we cater through the night. Our director has personally DJ'd for over 1000 Functions in Perth and Bali along with an international wedding in Croatia in 2015. We specialize in custom events. We believe every event & couple is unique, with individual needs and requirements and should be treated as such. Instead, under our client's direction, we create the perfect solution specifically for them. We encourage submitting an inquiry so that we can get a general understanding of your event from which we can craft a customized quote & set up an initial consultation with our lead DJ & Owner Fayyaz. The quote we provide you with will already include: Initial setup & teardown times* Please note if the scope of work increases, we will adjust accordingly. Add ons such as lighting & photo booths will have individual cost break downs seperate from DJ Services. Assistants to aid us in setup/teardown, guest control, additional production work, equipment operation or as a lighting technician. This will be discussed with you as we plan the event. Travel Costs will be included & built into the quote if the event is greater than 50km outside of Calgary. Depending on the time and location of your event, we may require an overnight stay. This will be negotiated beforehand, or factored into the quote for you, and then outlined in the contract. All costs will be included with no extra fees or hidden charges. We are a full-service Lighting and DJ company. As such our DJ’s come professionally dressed for the occasion, can MC/ make announcements, lead games & icebreakers and cater to the interactive needs of each event. In the event that something goes wrong, our DJ’s have backup systems in place so that music interruption is at a minimum. With over 250,000 songs -spanning from the 1940’s to current new music- in our database, encompassing all genres of music, we then further prepare before each show to ensure we have the largest and most relevant selection of music ready for you. If you are in need of music ideas, we are more than happy to provide you with our “top hits” music lists or offer suggestions and ideas if needed. You can tell us exactly which songs you do and do not want to hear at your event, as well as certain styles or genres of music. We will work with you to customize a soundtrack perfectly curated to your taste. We accept all major credit cards, cash, cheque, email money transfers, bank transfers and PayPal transactions. There is a 3.6% processing and handling fee for Credit Card payments and PayPal transactions. A 50% deposit and signed contract are required to book, with the final payment being due 2 weeks prior to the date of the event. If necessary, we can arrange a flexible payment structure. Bookings are only confirmed when our contract has been signed, and a deposit has been paid. Quotes will be valid for 2 weeks, and we will honor the date for you during that time, but no event can be confirmed without a signed contract and paid deposit.

All packages are offered inside the continental United States. A $99 additional fee will apply if the wedding is to be held more than 2 hours away from Georgetown, Delaware. We love to travel :-) This package includes DJ / Event Host services for only the wedding reception. There is no minimum or maximum time for the reception. Dance Floor Lighting is an additional $75. Other fees may apply if the client requests additional services offered by AWE such as: Ceremony provisions, Officiant, Photo Booth, Pictures, Video, etc. Typically, a 50% deposit is required at the time of our first consultation. We guarantee your date will be secure even before a deposit is paid. If another client contacts us about the same date, we will contact the initial client and request a $100 deposit to hold the date. We never substitute our DJ / Event Host!

Transform your wedding venue to get the full club night experience. Rate includes site visit and planning. Complete audio visual extravaganza including LED wall and console, LED dance floor, powerful sound system and truss with intelligent lighting including, sharpies, LED PAR and laser. DJ Ashwin will provide the tunes for a rocking party. We can also provide CO2 cannons, haze, foam or any other prop of your choice that is available for the experience.

Package includes Sound, Dance Floor Lights and DJ services for weddings up to 150 guests. Rate includes transport and labour. General performance time 3 to 4 hours. Sound is 3000 watts RMS good enough for an open air event. DJ console and dance floor needs to be arranged by the decorator. Please contact for more information. We have different sound setups for different number of guests and also to suit the environment of the party.

It includes all of the features from the Essentials package plus enhanced sound equipment, and atmosphere to guarantee excitement at large and livelier events. The Premiere package has it all! Complete with all of the features from the previous packages, and a total of 5 hours of entertainment, this package is ideal for the most remarkable and memorable events possible. The Essentials package is our most affordable option. This package is designed for those looking to provide some fun and entertainment to their event no matter the occasion. My standard rate per an hour for Saturday events. Below is what is included in my standard rate: Services: I will provide music and entertainment up to the total amount of the contracted time. I will handle all the music and announcements that are needed during the contracted time as well as work with and assist all other vendors in the coordinating, planning, and execution of the event before, during, and after. Equipment: One complete mobile DJ sound system which includes: 2 high quality professional DJ Speakers, 2 wireless microphones, professional music mixing equipment that was made for the purpose of mobile DJing, and two intelligent "disco" Lights. Time: I typically arrive at least two hours before the start of the event to set up. This is at no cost to you. I prefer to arrive early therefor if there are unforeseen problems they can be corrected before the event begins. Overtime can be purchased the night of and the fee shall be agreed upon when contract is signed. Sound system Rental: I will handle all the music and announcements that are needed during the contracted time that can be provided from the single sound system mentioned above. If music and/or announcement are needed somewhere out of range of the fore mentioned sound system a 2nd sound system may be rented. Fee depends on needs. Sound System only (No Mics) $150. Full Sound System (with Mics) $250 Moneys: I require a non-refundable retainer to block the date. The retainer will be subtracted from the balance and the remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the event. Payment may be in the form of cash, check, cashier’s check, credit card, or payment app. There is a $5 processing fee per every $100 for credit card transactions. Travel: I require additional fees to travel to any event further than 60 miles from my location. A fee of $50 (subject to change) shall be paid for every hour of travel needed to reach the event. Accommodations: The Jeff Bell Experience (JBE) requires any and all clients who hire an entertainer(s) from JBE to provide accommodations for the entertainer(s) if entertainer(s) is not able to return to his home address by midnight of the event date by the same means of travel they arrived. JBE requires accommodations to be provided in a safe location in an establishment with a 3 star rating or higher. Accommodations must be approved my entertainer(s) and client both unless prior agreement is made and stated in contract.
