The Engagement Video Package We spend a day with you making a short film that tells your love story. We start by interviewing you as a couple - either at your home or in a suitable location that holds meaning to your story. We film you and your fiancee being relaxed in each other's company, plenty of shots of the ring, the Happiness the engagement has created and the 2 of you enjoying the moment. If you've already chosen a date and venue for your wedding we get you to talk about what inspired your choices. The footage we then edit into a beautiful 2-3mins short film with background music - your love story leading to this moment. This film you can then upload to your Social Media pages to inform those you want at your Wedding to "save the date".

The wedding video package by Tied Rings includes the following items: Wedding video underplayed by a song of your choice (max 5 minutes) in high resolution Wedding video underplayed by song of your choice (max 5 minutes) in low resolution for online sharing Online hosting 3 DVD’s with the above All footage captured on provided Hard Drive To accomplish the above the following services will be executed: Pre-production Attendance of Rehearsal 1 Production Day (from 9am until end of first dance) Equipment for a single Camera setup with on board camera sound DVD material and print Post-Production First 50km of travel MEETING/SCHEDULE Initial meeting The initial meeting usually commences prior to handing out this document. In this meeting first ideas and the basic procedures around making a wedding video are discussed. PRODUCTION MEETING During the production meeting we will lock in a style if known, the song that you wish to underplay your wedding video as well as other logistical details. LOCATION & REHEARSAL VISIT Location visit and rehearsal are essentially the same Rehearsal Here I will have the opportunity to plan my setup and get to know the immediate family and friends. ROUGH CUT APPROVAL In the post-production phase you will be given a rough cut of the video which is basically a montage of selected shots. Here you can ask for shots to be swapped, taken out or you can request shots that may have been recorded. FINE CUT APPROVAL A fine cute addressing your first feedback will be presented and minor tweaks can be made. DELIVERY Your Wedding Video Package will be delivered or posted to you. This usually takes place a minimum of 4 weeks or a maximum of 12 weeks from your wedding date depending on the amount of footage. TO THNK ABOUT In preparation please watch a couple of wedding videos to get you into the mode and inspired. This exercise will help you to generate ideas that can make your video that little bit extra special. You don’t know what you like? That is okay! It is often better to know what you don’t like. Let me know what the absolute no-goes for your video are. What tone and feeling are you going for? (e.g. traditional, easy going, funny, romantic, emotional, elegant, glamorous…) Who absolutely has to be in the video other than the bride and groom? Is there something creative/playful that you have seen that could fit into your video? (E.g. playing with sparkles, writing lyrics…) Who carries the rings on the day? Is there somebody who does not want to be recorded? Inform your guests that you are looking to get a video done of your wedding and if they are not keen on being in the video to let you know. What are your vows? A copy of your vows, the celebrants speech and any other speeches will be very helpful to capture the exchange of your rigs, your kiss and ‘I does’ perfectly. GUARANTEE A wedding video is a unique way of sharing your special day with loved ones that may have not been able to come along and a keep sake that you can revisit any given time in the future.
