This package includes all communication between the couple and myself, customing writing the ceremony, helping with any problems that might arise, mailing the marriage license, and helping to plan the ceremony. The guest count can be from 1-400. I invoice via PayPal and half down is due at time of contract signing to secure the date and the other half 14 days before the ceremony. I will travel upto 150 miles without any mileage charges.

Our month or “day of ” coordination package is designed to help our clients bring all the details together one month from the wedding with a planner who will execute their dream day with confidence. It allows the couple and their families to relax and enjoy the festivities, stress free. Music for your indoor Houston wedding ceremony. Select your special ceremony processional and recessional pieces from Sandra's suggestions. Sandra, Harpist, ready to play 30 minutes before ceremony time so that music can begin when guests start arriving. Additional hours, if at same venue $100 per hour. Ceremonies outside Houston will incur a travel charge. Outdoor ceremonies between mid October and mid April will also incur a fee.

For one wedding pre-ceremony music, the bride and groom wanted all Beatles songs so we did that for them. We can discuss this in more detail in the future.
