Thank you for your interest in The Lodge at Crestview Ranch for your special event! The Lodge sits on a spacious 55 acre ranch that has large views of Rocky Mountain National Park and the Great Divide. The 11,000 sq ft home sleeps 45 guests, with 7 master suites and a bunk room! The attached heated 3 car garage is spacious and is perfect for parking or hosting an afternoon of fun and games as well! Enjoy a 3D tour of the entire lodge on our home page!
We are currently in the process of remodeling a 3,000 sq ft heated space with beautiful beetle kill pine and rustic metal trim, inside and out. Lighting will be LED Christmas lights and large rustic pendant lights. There are outlets throughout the space available for any power needs for music, catering, additional lighting, etc. In addition to the interior space, the large garage door can be left up and your event can flow outside and is complete with rustic fencing and barrels, perfect for dancing! We provide a mix of banquet and round tables as well as a few small rounds, 250 chairs, portable stage and beverage center all included with this space rental! This will be complete by May 2017 in conjunction with the other projects currently being finished.
The wedding ceremony site is on the west side of the Lodge on the pond, with an Amish built gazebo being designed and built by May 2017. The space is large enough for seating up to 250 and games or tent space if desired. Adjacent to the steps off the deck will be a large stamped concrete patio with built in Fire Pit, perfect for entertaining prior to the ceremony.
We also provide porta-potties for any outside event, cleaned and ready to go for the specific event day. This helps mitigate any strain on the ranch’s septic system and keeps the Lodge from being over used as well. Linens and extra dishware can be rented from a local rental company, we highly recommend - Grand Event Rentals in Granby. (See our recommended Vendor List)
We ask that all events over 50 people purchase an event package and event insurance of 2 million coverage. Please read below for these

This package is inclusive of items listed below and allow your own catering, beverage host, etc. We desire to make your event stress free and so we work in conjunction with great vendors in our community, many are members of Grand County Wedding Association for recommended vendors for your day that lists all those specific trusted local businesses! www.grandcoloradoweddings.com

3 NT stay at the Lodge, with up to 45 guests overnight
Cleaning fee included (additional fee if a clean is requested during stay)
Up to 3 pets are welcome, required approval and proper forms completed as per contract

3 Portable toilets, serviced and ready for day of event

Parking for the event is in an open field, bus service is available via vendors listed on our transportation page for an additional fee
Use of Coffee Maker, 3 Crockpots, 3 Children’s booster seats and ladders from the Lodge
Planning program from Planning Pod will be used to help set up and place items where you desire and will be shared with you via email links
We also allow RV, camping, etc but will need to be approved by Cammie Freed prior to arrival. Payment for overnight stays are due on arrival. Electric is available upon request for an additional fee
Guests to provide linens, dishware, etc.
Quiet Time is requested out of respect for neighbors, from 10 pm to 8 am. This doesn’t mean you need to stop enjoying your guests, but any loud outside entertainment or activities should be complete by 10 pm.
All Event Packages will be booked with a signed contract and 25% of the total down and full payment is due 180 days prior to arrival. We accept payments through Paypal.com or personal checks with time to verify funds after deposit.
Please note that we may consider lower rates for weekdays (Mon-Thurs) and also for certain off seasons (Jan-April or Oct-Nov) Special rates for December are available, with a fully decorated home, etc. Please contact Cammie Freed for more information.
