The Wedding Planner shall aid in the planning and execution of your rehearsal (excluding rehearsal dinner), wedding ceremony, and wedding reception. This service also includes access to/the convenience of: Discussion and determination of theme, colour, style and complete wedding design Planning Meetings/Consultations Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections Site visits to your ceremony and reception venue(s) The right to utilize planning documents provided The scheduling of meetings and liaison with service providers Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day Wedding Rehearsal Supervision ([2] hours maximum, and excluding rehearsal dinner) On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on the day of your wedding An additional event manager, on site, the day of the wedding (Decor and Wedding Photo Packages are also available.)

At Pedro St James Castle, we host weddings from 20 persons to 1,000 persons, and have lots of areas that can be rented out to suit the client's individual needs. Every wedding is different in size and needs, so prices vary. However, our most popular package is the Great Lawn Package. This includes: 10 hours (usually broken down into 6hrs event time, 2hrs set up time, and 2hrs breakdown time) 6hrs labour with 2 staff Waste Management Fee (taking care of waste disposal throughout the event, and post-event) Stage (for entertainment) Gazebo (for ceremony) Great Lawn (15,000 sq ft. You come in on Friday at 3:00 pm to decorate and have a rehearsal. Up to 65 guests for the wedding ceremony and reception. The menu is Family Style. We have 20 beds total. Two houses and one loft, the price to rent them is $3,000. One half payment is due on the total package to reserve the venue. We allow you to choose decorative items from our inventory. We have a surround sound system for video and music. A cake is included and cake cutting is provided.
