However if you are looking for a garden venue I am putting together a garden wedding package which can include having local suppliers providing hairdressing services, approximately $50 per person for hair done, florist posies start at $30, make up is $50 per person and photographer ($500 for 4 hours photography with a USB stick for you to do your own printing, nibbles after the ceremony and you provide drinks and we arrange hireage of any glassware etc needed keeping it simple for you and helping with some of the details and keeping the stress levels down. I am still working with suppliers and I am also trying to get a cake lady to help as well, as it has been Christmas I am now contacting these people again as everyone has been so busy with Christmas preparations so I should get more information from them. Congratulations on your engagement! I aim to make my part in your wedding as hassle -free as possible. Once you've contacted me I ask we meet as soon as possible (if you're not going to be near a cafe near me I'm very happy to meet via Skype) this is to give you the opportunity to decide if I fit with your vision for your day, and me to get to know you and collect information about you and your relationship to help me write your ceremony. Once you've booked I ask for a 50% deposit to secure your date. I write you a personalised ceremony which will fit your day, your relationship and you. I include a rehearsal and travel to nearby locations (Cromwell Omakau Roxburgh) with reasonable travel rates to other locations. I of course officiate your ceremony on your wedding day and afterwards will send you a keepsake copy of your ceremony. For an extra $40 I can also provide a PA system including microphone and the ability to play music.

The customer must pay a DEPOSIT for the purpose of definitively booking the date of service, the time of signing the contract, which will be deducted from the final price, equivalent to 40% of the total price agreed for his personal services. In case of being cancelled, this deposit will be refunded provided that the cancelation will be communicated TWO MONTHS in advance of the date of the wedding. When the work is made outside the studio, the MINIMUN PRICE for these services, regardless of the number of people or if only hairdressing or make-up work is carried out, or both, will be 300 euros (including the amount paid for the deposit).

What our Fee Covers. Our first meeting is free of charge and will last for a maximum of 2 hours. We will discuss budget, types of services you require, look at venues on the lap top and cover your ceremonies options. We will answer all your questions with regards to your wedding/blessing. After this if you would like us to take you to look at venues we would require a 300€ deposit this is non-refundable, but if you decide to use our services after viewing venues then this deposit will be deducted from our overall fee. Following your decision to use our services the following elements are what our full coordination package covers. Provide a budget breakdown and keep a close eye on the budget throughout our coordination. Provide a time line; this will help you with knowing what should have achieved at the various stages.
